Pengaruh resiliensi terhadap kinerja karyawan dewasa awal yang terlibat judi online dan pinjaman online

INDONESIA :

Mahasiswa semester akhir sering kali sedang mengambil mata kuliah terakhir yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan gelar mereka atau terlibat dalam proyek penelitian atau magang sebagai bagian dari persyaratan kurikulum mereka. Masuknya mahasiswa tersebut kedalam kategori semester akhir, tentu mahasiswa itu diharapkan sudah mempunyai orientasi masa depan untuk setelah kuliah yang dilakukan. Penyebutan orientasi masa depan sendiri merupakan bagaimana individu dalam mempersiapkan dirinya untuk masa yang akan datang. Orientasi masa depan sendiri dapat disebut sebagai bagaimana individu dalam memikirkan masa depan akan dirinya sendiri, yang didalamnya terdapat dukungan dan
hambatan serta bagaimana individu tersebut dapat melakukan antisipasi akan hal tersebut. Adanya dukungan sosial, memungkinkan individu berbagi pemikiran dalam membantu menentukan orientasi masa depannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat dari dukungan sosial, orientasi masa depan, serta pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap orientasi masa depan pada mahasiswa semester akhir psikologi UIN malang.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif crossectional. Sampel diambil dari mahasiswa Psikologi UIN Malang Angkatan semester akhir dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 169 mahasiswa. Sampel yang peneliti gunakan sebanyak 39 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala dukungan sosial dan skala orientasi masa depan. Skala tersebut kemudian di analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana.

Dari hasil data yang diperoleh, ditemukan hasil bahwa tingkat dukungan sosial dan tingkat orientasi masa depan mahasiswa berada pada tingkat sedang. Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukan nilai Sig. pengaruh dukungan sosial terhaap orientasi masa depan yakni 0.000 < 0.05 dan R square sebesar 0,571 sehingga ini mengartikan terdapat pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap orientasi masa depan sebesar 57,1% dan sisanya di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak
di teliti.

In this modern era, the use of the internet is unavoidable and is necessary to make Final semester students are often taking the last courses required to complete their degree or engaging in a research project or internship as part of their curriculum requirements. The entry of these students into the final semester category, of course, the student is expected to have a future orientation for after the lecture is conducted. The mention of future orientation itself is how individuals prepare themselves for the future. Future orientation itself can be referred to as how individuals think about the future of themselves, in which there are supports and obstacles and how the individual can anticipate it. The existence of social support, allows individuals to share thoughts in helping determine their future orientation. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of social support, future orientation, and the effect of social support on future orientation in final semester psychology students of UIN Malang.

The research method used in this study was quantitative crossectional. The sample was taken from Psychology students of UIN Malang final semester class with a population of 169 students. The sample that the researchers used was 39
students using accidental sampling. The scales used in this study were the social support scale and the future orientation scale. The scale is then analyzed using simple linear regression.

From the results of the data obtained, it was found that the level of social support and the level of future orientation of students were at a moderate level. The results of a simple linear regression analysis show the value of Sig. the influence of social support on future orientation is 0.000 < 0.05 and R square is 0.571 so that this means that there is an influence of social support on future orientation of 57.1% and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not studied.

.ثم يتم تحليل المقياس باستخدا169 دفعة الفصل الدراسي الأخير من جامعة مالانج الإسلامية الحكومية التي يبلغ عدد طلابهاطالبا يستخدمون العينات العرضية .كانت39 طالبا .كانت العينة التي استخدمها الباحثون هي.المقاييس المستخدمة في هذه ام الانحدار الخطي البسيطمن نتائج البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها ، وجد أنمستوى الدعم الاجتماعي ومستوى التوجهالمستقبلي للطلاب كانا على مستوى معتدل .تظهر نتائج تحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط قيمة هو.0 تأثير الدعمالاجتماعي على التوجه المستقبلي هو.Sig ومربع05 .0 <000571R.0٪ والباقي 1 57بحيث يعني ذلك أن هناك تأثير للدعم الاجتماعي على التوجه المستقبلي بنسبة.يتأثر بمتغيرات أخرى لم تتم دراسته.
