Strategi Hubungan Masyarakat (Humas) Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia (DPR RI) melalui program Edukasi Parlemen terhadap pembentukan kesadaran politik peserta didik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi Humas DPR RI melalui Program Edukasi Parlemen dalam mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa/siswi sebagai generasi penerus menuju Indonesia Emas 2045. Edukasi Parlemen merupakan program komunikasi publik yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan literasi politik generasi muda terhadap fungsi, peran, dan proses kerja lembaga legislatif di Indonesia. Dalam konteks partisipasi politik yang masih rendah di kalangan siswa/siswi, strategi komunikasi menjadi kunci dalam menyampaikan pesan yang informatif, menarik, dan relevan di era digital.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi yang dilakukan oleh Humas DPR RI dalam melaksanakan Program Edukasi Parlemen guna mendorong partisipasi aktif peserta didik sebagai generasi muda yang melek politik dan demokrasi. Ruang lingkup penelitian mencakup proses perencanaan strategi, pelaksanaan program, serta pengalaman dan persepsi peserta terhadap kegiatan yang diselenggarakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap narasumber dari Humas DPR RI dan peserta program, observasi langsung selama pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta dokumentasi sebagai data pendukung. Pendekatan ini dipilih untuk menggali informasi secara menyeluruh mengenai efektivitas strategi komunikasi publik yang digunakan serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan literasi politik peserta didik.

Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi Humas DPR RI dalam Program Edukasi Parlemen memiliki efektivitas dalam membangun kesadaran politik dan memperkuat partisipasi aktif siswa/siswi menuju visi besar Indonesia Emas 2045. Diperlukan pengembangan strategi yang lebih inklusif dan berbasis digital agar jangkauan program semakin luas dan berdampak.

This study aims to describe the communication strategy of the Public Relations Division of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) through the Parliamentary Education Program in encouraging active participation of students as the next generation toward Golden Indonesia 2045. The Parliamentary Education Program is a public communication initiative designed to improve political literacy among young people regarding the functions, roles, and working mechanisms of the legislative institution in Indonesia. In the context of the still low political participation among students, communication strategies play a key role in delivering messages that are informative, engaging, and relevant in the digital age.

This study aims to identify and describe the strategies implemented by the Public Relations Division of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) in carrying out the Parliamentary Education Program to encourage the active participation of students as politically and democratically literate youth. The scope of this research includes the planning process, implementation of the program, as well as the participants' experiences and perceptions toward the activities conducted. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews with DPR RI public relations officials and program participants, direct observation during the program’s implementation, and documentation as supporting data. This approach was chosen to explore comprehensively the effectiveness of the public communication strategies used and their impact on improving students’ political literacy.

The study concludes that the DPR RI's public relations strategy in the Parliamentary Education Program is effective in building political awareness and enhancing active participation of students in support of the Golden Indonesia 2045 vision. Further development of inclusive and digital-based strategies is needed to broaden the reach and impact of the program.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وصف استراتيجية الاتصال التي تتبعها شعبة العلاقات العامة في مجلس النواب الإندونيسي (DPR RI) من خلال برنامج التثقيف البرلماني في تشجيع المشاركة النشطة للطلاب باعتبارهم الجيل القادم نحو إندونيسيا الذهبية 2045. برنامج التثقيف البرلماني هو مبادرة اتصال عامة تهدف إلى تحسين المعرفة السياسية لدى الشباب فيما يتعلق بوظائف وأدوار وآليات عمل المؤسسة التشريعية في إندونيسيا. في سياق المشاركة السياسية المنخفضة بين الطلاب، تلعب استراتيجيات الاتصال دورًا رئيسيًا في إيصال رسائل إعلامية وجذابة وذات صلة في العصر الرقمي.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد ووصف الاستراتيجيات التي تنفذها شعبة العلاقات العامة في مجلس النواب الإندونيسي (DPR RI) في تنفيذ برنامج التثقيف البرلماني لتشجيع المشاركة النشطة للطلاب كشباب مثقف سياسيًا وديمقراطيًا. يشمل نطاق هذا البحث عملية التخطيط وتنفيذ البرنامج، بالإضافة إلى تجارب المشاركين وتصوراتهم تجاه الأنشطة التي تم إجراؤها. يتبنى هذا البحث نهجًا وصفياً نوعياً، باستخدام تقنيات جمع البيانات مثل المقابلات المعمقة مع مسؤولي العلاقات العامة في مجلس النواب الإندونيسي والمشاركين في البرنامج، والملاحظة المباشرة أثناء تنفيذ البرنامج، والتوثيق كبيانات داعمة. تم اختيار هذا النهج لاستكشاف فعالية استراتيجيات التواصل العام المستخدمة وتأثيرها على تحسين المعرفة السياسية للطلاب بشكل شامل.

تخلص الدراسة إلى أن استراتيجية العلاقات العامة لمجلس النواب الإندونيسي في برنامج التثقيف البرلماني فعالة في بناء الوعي السياسي وتعزيز المشاركة النشطة للطلاب في دعم رؤية إندونيسيا الذهبية 2045. هناك حاجة إلى مزيد من التطوير لاستراتيجيات شاملة وقائمة على التكنولوجيا الرقمية لتوسيع نطاق البرنامج وتأثيره.
