Abstract
INDONESIA
Kota Malang mengalami pertumbuhan pesat di berbagai sektor, meningkatkan kebutuhan akan fasilitas publik yang modern, termasuk sarana olahraga. Laporan ini merancang gedung olahraga multifungsi dengan pendekatan arsitektur high-tech sebagai respons terhadap tuntutan masyarakat akan fasilitas yang efisien, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan. Tapak terletak di Jalan Puncak Borobudur, Malang, dengan luas 4,5 hektar yang strategis dan potensial untuk pengembangan. Desain memprioritaskan integrasi teknologi canggih, efisiensi energi, serta fleksibilitas ruang untuk mendukung berbagai cabang olahraga seperti basket, voli, badminton, mini soccer, dan lainnya. Pendekatan high-tech diwujudkan melalui penggunaan struktur terbuka, material modern, sistem bangunan pintar, serta fasilitas digital interaktif. Gedung ini dirancang tidak hanya sebagai pusat kegiatan olahraga, tetapi juga sebagai landmark arsitektur futuristik yang meningkatkan identitas Kota Malang. Selain memenuhi standar nasional dan internasional, perancangan ini juga mempertimbangkan prinsip keberlanjutan dan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan. Diharapkan proyek ini dapat berkontribusi pada kesehatan, interaksi sosial, dan pengembangan ekonomi kota.
ENGLISH
Malang City is experiencing rapid growth across various sectors, increasing the demand for modern public facilities, including sports infrastructure. This design report proposes a multifunctional sports center using a high-tech architectural approach to address the community’s needs for efficient, innovative, and sustainable spaces. The proposed site is located on Jalan Puncak Borobudur, Malang, covering 4.5 hectares in a strategic urban area with strong development potential. The design emphasizes the integration of advanced technology, energy efficiency, and spatial flexibility to accommodate various sports such as basketball, volleyball, badminton, mini soccer, and others. The high-tech approach is reflected in exposed structural elements, the use of modern materials, smart building systems, and interactive digital features. The building is envisioned not only as a sports activity hub but also as a futuristic architectural landmark that enhances Malang's city identity. In addition to complying with national and international standards, the project incorporates sustainability principles and Islamic values in preserving environmental balance. This facility is expected to contribute to the city’s public health, social interaction, and economic development.
