Manajemen program madrasah riset dalam mengembangkan prestasi siswa di MTs Negeri 3 Malang

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi menuntut tersedianya sumber daya manusia berkualitas, dimana pendidikan menjadi komponen penting untuk mencapainya. Salah satu program inovatif yang dicetuskan oleh pemerintah adalah program madrasah riset yang telah dicetuskan pada tahun 2013 yang bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan pembelajaran teori dengan praktik berbasis riset. Program madrasah riset yang telah dicetuskan tersebut hendaknya perlu dikelola dengan baik sehingga diperoleh hasil program yang maksimal.

MTsN 3 Malang sebagai salah satu pelaksana program telah mengelola program madrasah riset yang diamanahkan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menggali lebih mendalam terkait bagaimana perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi Program Madrasah Riset di MTsN 3 Malang.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Model analisis data menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, serta diuji keabsahannya melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) proses perencanaan program madrasah riset dilaksanakan setelah turunnya surat keputusan terkait madrasah penyelenggara riset tahun 2020 kemudian madrasah membentuk tim riset, kemudian menentukan visi dan misi program serta diidentifikasikan terkait kebutuhan serta kemampuaan guru dan siswa terkait riset, kemudian merencanakan sumber belajar dan sarana prasarana serta pendanaan programa kemudian langkah terakhir yaitu merecanakan kegiatan dalam program riset dalam satu tahun pelajaran, (2) proses pengorganisasian dilaksanakan dengan penyusunan struktur tim riset oleh kepala madrasah bersama para stakeholder kemudian ditentukan pembagian tugas dalam setiap bagian tim riset berupa pembimbingan sesuai dengan keahlian masing-masing anggota, kemudian anggota melaksanakan tugas dengan saling bekerjasama antar anggota tim dan dipantau langsung oleh ketua tim riset, (3) pelaksanaan program madrasah riset di MTs N 3 Malang dilaksanakan dalam dua bentuk yaitu ekstrakurikuler riset dan pembelajaran riset di kelas, selain itu juga terdapat kegiatan pendukung seperti outing class dan pendampingan siswa yang akan mengikuti lomba setiap hari senin dan jum’at, (4) evaluasi program madrasah riset dilaksanakan satu semester sekali dan juga kondisional setelah mengikuti event atau perlombaan, evaluasi diikuti oleh kepala madrasah, para wakil kepala madrasah dan tim riset. standar yang digunakan untuk menilai keberhasilan program riset yaitu dengan melihat pada peningkatan prestasi yang diperoleh siswa serta kebermanfaatan dan keberlanjutan prestasi siswa.

The development of science and technology requires the availability of quality human resources, where education is an important component to achieve this. One of the innovative programs initiated by the government is the research madrasah program that was initiated in 2013 which aims to integrate theoretical learning with research-based practice. The research madrasah program that has been initiated should need to be managed properly so that maximum program results are obtained.

MTsN 3 Malang as one of the program implementers has managed the mandated research madrasah program. This research aims to find out and explore more deeply related to how to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate the Research Madrasah Program at MTsN 3 Malang.

The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis model uses the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana models, and its validity is tested through triangulation of sources and techniques.

The results of the study show that: (1) the research madrasah program planning process is carried out after the issuance of a decree related to the research organizing madrasah in 2020, then the madrasah forms a research team, then determines the vision and mission of the program and identifies the needs and abilities of teachers and students related to research, then plans learning resources and infrastructure facilities as well as program funding, then the last step is to plan activities in the program Research in one academic year, (2) the organizing process is carried out by the preparation of the research team structure by the head of the madrasah with the stakeholders then the division of tasks in each part of the research team is determined in the form of guidance according to the expertise of each member, then members carry out the task by collaborating with each team member and monitored directly by the head of the research team, (3) the implementation of the research madrasah program at MTs N 3 Malang is carried out in two The form is extracurricular research and research learning in the classroom, in addition to that there are also supporting activities such as outing classes and mentoring students who will take part in competitions every Monday and Friday, (4) the evaluation of the research madrasah program is carried out once a semester and is also conditional after participating in the event or competition, the evaluation is followed by the head of the madrasah, the deputy heads of madrasah and the research team. The standard used to assess the success of research programs is by looking at the increase in student achievement and the usefulness and sustainability of student achievement.

إنّ تطوّر العلوم والتكنولوجيا يفترض وجود موارد بشرية ذات جودة عاليةٍ. حيث تكون التربية من المُكَوِّناتِ المُهِمَّةِ لتحقيقِه. ومن بين البرامج المُبْتَكَرةِ التي اقترحتها الحكومةُ هو برنامج المدرسة البحثية الذي اقترح في عام 2013م. والذي يهدف إلى دمجِ التعليمِ النظريِّ بمزاولة البحث.

وبرنامج المدرسة البحثية المقترحة لا بد من إدارة جيدا حتى تتحقّقَ النتائجُ المرجوة منه. وتُعتبَرُ المدرسة المتوسطة الحكومية الثالثة مالانج من بين المُؤَسَّساتِ التي تُنَفِّذُ هذا البرنامج، حيث قامتْ بإدارةِ برنامج المدرسة البحثية المُسْنَد إليها. ويهدفُ هذا البحثُ إلى معرفةِ كيفيّةِ التخطيطِ والتنظيمِ والتنفيذِ والتقييمِ لبرنامج المدرسة البحثية في المدرسة المتوسطة الحكومية الثالثة مالانج.

أما المنهجُ المُسْتَخْدَمُ في هذا البحث فهو منهجٌ نوعيٌّ من خلالِ جَمْعِ البياناتِ عن طريقِ المقابلاتِ والملاحظاتِ والوثائق. وتحليلُ البياناتِ باستخدامِ نموذج Miles وHuberman وSaldana كما يختبر صحتها من خلالِ تَثْليثِ المصادرِ والتقنيات.

أظهرت نتائجُ البحث أن (١) عمليةَ تخطيطِ برنامجِ المدرسة البحثية تمَّت بعد صدورِ قرارٍ رسميٍّ بشأنِ المدرسة المُنَفِّذةِ للبحوثِ في عام 2020م ثم أنشأت المدرسةُ فرقة بحثيّا ثم حددتْ رؤيةَ ورسالةَ البرنامج وتم تحديدُ الاحتياجاتِ وقدراتِ المعلمين والطلاب في مجالِ البحث ثم خططت مصادرِ التعلمِ والوسائل والمرافقِ وكذلك تمويلِ البرنامج. وأخيرًا خططت النشاط في برنامج البحثِ خلال سنةٍ دراسيةٍ كاملة. (٢) تنفيذُ عمليةِ التنظيم من خلال إعدادِ هيكلِ فرقة البحث من قِبَلِ مديرِ المدرسة بالتعاون مع الجهاتِ المعنية ثم تعين توزيعِ الوظيفة في كلِّ جزءٍ من الفرقة بحيث يتولّى كلُّ عضوٍ الإشرافَ والتوجيهَ وفقًا لتخصصه، ثم يقوم الأعضاءُ بتنفيذِ مهامِّهم بتعاونٍ وتنسيقٍ فيما بينهم، ويتمُّ الإشرافُ المباشرُ من قبلِ رئيسِ فرقة البحث. (٣) تنفيذُ برنامجِ المدرسةِ البحثية في المدرسة المتوسطة الحكومية الثالثة مالانج يتكون من شكلين، وهما: النشاطُ البحثيُّ اللامنهجي والتعليمُ البحثيُّ داخل الصفِّ. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، توجد أنشطةٌ داعمةٌ مثل الخروجِ الميداني مورافقة الطلابِ المشاركين في المسابقات كلَّ يومِ اثنينٍ ويومِ جمعة. (٤) تقييم برنامج المدرسة البحثية يقوم بمرة واحدة في كل فصل دراسي وكذلك بشكلٍ شَرطيٍّ بعد المشاركة في الفعاليات أو المسابقات. والتقييم يشاركه من مدير المدرسة ونوابه وفرقة البحث. وأما المعاييرُ المستخدمة في تقييم نجاح البرنامج البحثي فهي من خلال النظر إلى تَحَسُّنِ الإنجازات التي يحقّقها الطلاب، بالإضافة إلى مدى فائدة واستمرارية إنجازات الطلاب.
