علاقة القوة في حركة ”المقاطعة الاستثمارات والعقوبات“العالمية في وسيلة الإعلام الجزيرة بمنظور ميشيل فوكو

هذا البحث يبحث عن علاقة القوة في حركة من ثلاثة عناصر، (1) الجوانب الاجتماعية: في تحليل الخطاب عند فوكو ترتبط العناصر الاجتماعية ارتباطًا وثيقًا بالطريقة التي تعمل بها القوة من خلال الممارسات الاجتماعية وشبكات العلاقات بين الأفراد في المجتمع. (2) الجوانب التاريخي: يُفهم العنصر التاريخي على أنه دراسة كيفية تشكيل الأحداث في الماضي وإنتاجها وصياغتها من خلال شبكات القوة والممارسات الخطابية. (3) الجوانب تشكيل القوة: يعد عنصر تشكيل القوة عنصرًا مركزيًا في عمل المجتمع الحديث من حيث أن القوة تُمارس كشيء ينتشر عبر الشبكات الاجتماعية، وتعمل من خلال المؤسسات والأعراف الاجتماعية والممارسات الثقافية واللغة والخطاب اليومي. وقد تم الحصول على مصادر البيانة من ثلاث مقالات تناقش حركة المقاطعة إسرائيل وسحب الاستثمارات منها وفرض العقوبات عليها (BDS) نشرتها قناة الجزيرة الإعلامية. وثم جمع البيانة من خلال القراءة المتأنية وتسجيل المعلومات ذات الصلة هذه المصادر. من نتائج الدراسة، تبيَّن أن سلطة إعلام الجزيرة التي يمكن أن تؤثر في نتائج الخطاب يمكن رؤيتها من ثلاثة جوانب لمفهوم علاقات القوة في خطاب منظور ميشيل فوكو جوانب القوة والمعرفة كما تتجلى من خلال الخطابات المتعلقة بالأخبار التي تُظهر كيف أن المعرفة التي تمتلكها وسائل إعلام الجزيرة تنتج أخبارًا يمكن استهلاكها بحرية. جوانب إنتاج الخطاب التي يمكن أن توضح أن الخطاب مرتبط دائمًا بالقوة، وأن ما يعتبر حقيقة أو معرفة أو واقعًا اجتماعيًا لا يظهر بشكل طبيعي بل يتشكل من خلال شيء اسمه الخطاب، وجوانب تشكيل القوة حول سلطة الفكر التي تنمو على أساس التشابه الأيديولوجي والموقع الجيوسياسي بين إعلام الجزيرة والفلسطينيين في الشرق الأوسط.

This research aims to analyze power relations in the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) Movement in three elements:(1) Social aspect: In Foucault's discourse analysis, social elements are closely related to the way power operates through social practices and networks of relations between individuals in society. (2) historical aspect: The historical element is defined as the systematic investigation of how events in the past are shaped, produced, and articulated through networks of power and discursive practices. (3) Power Formation aspect: The power formation element is an essential component of modern society, as power is manifested as a phenomenon that disseminates across social networks, operating through institutions, social norms, cultural practices, language, and everyday discourse. The data sources were obtained from three articles discussing the boycott, divestment, and sanctions (BDS) movement that were published by Aljazeera Media. Data collection was carried a thorough reading and the systematic documentation of pertinent information from these sources. The findings of the study demonstrated that Aljazeera media's capacity to influence discourse manifested in three distinct aspects of the concept of power relations, as articulated by Michel Foucault. The potency and erudition of Aljazeera's media output is substantiated by the discourses disseminated through news outlets, which demonstrate the capacity of Al-jazeera's journalistic expertise to produce news content that is readily accessible to the public. Aspects of discourse production that elucidate the inherent connection between discourse and power, as well as the conceptualization of truth, knowledge, and social reality do not emerge spontaneously; rather, they are shaped through a process known as discourse. This process also encompasses aspects of power formation, which are influenced by ideological affinities and geopolitical context. This phenomenon is exemplified by the analysis of Al-jazeera media and Palestinian perspectives in the Middle East.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relasi kuasa dalam Gerakan Boikot, Divestasi, dan Sanksi (BDS) dalam tiga unsur, (1) aspek sosial: dalam analisis wacana Foucault, unsur sosial berkaitan erat dengan cara kekuasaan beroperasi melalui praktik sosial dan jaringan relasi antarindividu di dalam masyarakat. (2) aspek historis: Unsur historis dipahami sebagai kajian terhadap bagaimana peristiwa-peristiwa di masa lalu dibentuk, diproduksi, dan diartikulasikan melalui jaringan kekuasaan dan praktik diskursif. (3)aspek formasi kuasa: unsur formasi kuasa merupakan inti dari cara kerja masyarakat modern bahwa kekuasaan dijalankan sebagai sesuatu yang menyebar di seluruh jaringan sosial, beroperasi melalui berbagai institusi, norma sosial, praktik budaya, bahasa, dan wacana sehari-hari. Sumber data diperoleh dari tiga artikel yang membahas tentang gerakan boikot, divestasi, dan sanksi (BDS) yang dipublikasikan oleh media Aljazeera. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membaca secara cermat dan mencatat informasi yang relevan dari sumber-sumber tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kekuasaan media Al-jazeera yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil wacana yakni dapat dilihat dari tiga aspek konsep relasi kuasa pada wacana perspektif Michel Foucault. Aspek kuasa dan pengetahuan yang dibuktikan dengan wacana-wacana pada berita yang menunjukkan bagaimana pengetahuan yang dimiki media Aljazeera menghasilkan sebuah berita yang dapat dikonsumsi secara bebas. Aspek produksi wacana yang dapat menjelaskan bahwa wacana selalu terhubung dengan kekuasaan, apa yang dianggap sebagai kebenaran, pengetahuan, atau realitas sosial tidak muncul begitu saja secara alami melainkan terbentuk melalui sesuatu yang disebut sebagai wacana, serta aspek formasi kuasa tentang adanya kuasa pemikiran yang tumbuh atas dasar kesamaan ideologi dan letak geopolitik antara media Al-jazeera dengan umat Palestina di Timur Tengah.
