Implementasi moderasi beragama melalui duta moderasi di MA Unggulan KH. Abd. Wahab Hasbulloh Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang

Duta moderasi beragama adalah seseorang yang ditunjuk oleh Kementerian Agama untuk menyebarkan moderasi beragama khususnya di kalangan siswa. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh fenomena maraknya intoleransi dan radikalisme yang terjadi di masyarakat, termasuk di lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini didasarkan keinginan untuk peningkatan toleransi dan menghindari ancaman sikap intoleransi dan radiklisme di kalangan pelajar menengah. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menegetahui konsep pemilihan duta moderasi, strategi program duta moderasi dan hasil implementasi program duta moderasi terhadap siswa.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus yang didasarkan pada data primer melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan dengan mengamati implementasi program Duta Moderasi, baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun di akun media sosial duta moderasi @alstnzw_ dan berita website sekolah. Kemudian informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala madrasah, waka kurikulum, waka kesiswaan, guru pembina moderasi beragama, duta moderasi dan 6 siswa. Validitas data diperkuat melalui triangulasi dengan membandingkan berbagai sudut pandang mengenai konsep pemilihan duta moderasi, implementasi program moderasi beragama, dan hasil implementasi program duta moderasi terhadap siswa.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep pemilihan duta moderasi beragama melalui dua tahap yaitu seleksi internal sekolah dan seleksi Kementerian Agama. Adapun strategi program moderasi beragama yang dilakukan oleh duta moderasi dengan aksi nyata (internalisasi ormas islam) dan media sosial (isu politik identitas). Program moderasi beragama memberikan dampak terhadap sikap moderat siswa. Program tersebut mampu membentuk karakter siswa yang moderat, toleran, inklusif, dan mampu mewujudkan tradisi bersikap moderat di kalangan generasi muda.

Religious moderation ambassador is someone appointed by the Ministry of Religion to spread religious moderation, especially among students. The background of this study is based on the phenomenon of rampant intolerance and radicalism that occurs in society, including in the educational environment. This study is based on the desire to increase tolerance and avoid the threat of intolerance and radicalism among high school students. This study also aims to determine the concept of selecting a moderation ambassador, the strategy of the moderation ambassador program and the results of the implementation of the moderation ambassador program for students.

This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type based on primary data through observation, interviews and documentation. Observations were made by observing the implementation of the Moderation Ambassador program, both in the school environment and on the social media account of the moderation ambassador @alstnzw_ and the school website news. Then the informants in this study were the head of the madrasah, the vice principal of curriculum, the vice principal of student affairs, the religious moderation teacher, the moderation ambassador and 6 students. Data validity is strengthened through triangulation by comparing various points of view regarding the concept of selecting a moderation ambassador, the implementation of the religious moderation program, and the results of the implementation of the moderation ambassador program for students.

The results of the study show that the concept of selecting religious moderation ambassadors through two stages, namely internal school selection and selection from the Ministry of Religion. The strategy of the religious moderation program carried out by the moderation ambassadors with real actions (internalization of Islamic mass organizations) and social media (identity politics issues). The religious moderation program has an impact on students' moderate attitudes. The program is able to shape the character of students who are moderate, tolerant, inclusive, and able to realize the tradition of being moderate among the younger generation.

سفير الاعتدال الديني هو شخص تُعيّنه وزارة الشؤون الدينية لنشر الاعتدال الديني، لا سيما بين الطلاب. تستند خلفية هذه الدراسة إلى ظاهرة تفشي التعصب والتطرف في المجتمع، بما في ذلك البيئة التعليمية. وتستند هذه الدراسة إلى الرغبة في تعزيز التسامح وتجنب خطر التعصب والتطرف بين طلاب المرحلة الثانوية. كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مفهوم اختيار سفير الاعتدال، واستراتيجية برنامج سفير الاعتدال، ونتائج تطبيقه على الطلاب.

تعتمد هذه الدراسة على منهج نوعي، من نوع دراسة الحالة، ويعتمد على البيانات الأولية من خلال الملاحظة والمقابلات والتوثيق. وقد تم جمع الملاحظات من خلال متابعة تطبيق برنامج سفير الاعتدال، سواءً في البيئة المدرسية أو على حساب سفير الاعتدال على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي @alstnzw_، وأخبار الموقع الإلكتروني للمدرسة. ثم شملت عينة الدراسة مدير المدرسة، ونائب مدير المناهج، ونائب مدير شؤون الطلاب، ومعلم الاعتدال الديني، وسفير الاعتدال، وستة طلاب. وتم تعزيز صحة البيانات من خلال التثليث بمقارنة وجهات نظر مختلفة حول مفهوم اختيار سفراء الاعتدال، وتنفيذ برامج الاعتدال الديني، ونتائج تطبيق برنامج سفراء الاعتدال للطلاب.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مفهوم اختيار سفراء الاعتدال الديني يمر بمرحلتين، وهما الاختيار الداخلي للمدرسة والاختيار من وزارة الشؤون الدينية. وتعتمد استراتيجية برنامج الاعتدال الديني الذي ينفذه سفراء الاعتدال على الإجراءات العملية (استيعاب المنظمات الجماهيرية الإسلامية) ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (قضايا سياسات الهوية). ويؤثر برنامج الاعتدال الديني على مواقف الطلاب المعتدلة، فهو قادر على تشكيل شخصية الطلاب المعتدلين والمتسامحين والشاملين، والقادرين على إدراك تقاليد الاعتدال لدى جيل الشباب
