Abstract

INDONESIA:

Pengendalian kualitas statistik adalah teknik penyelesaian masalah yang digunakan sebagai pemonitor, pengendali, penganalisis, pengelola, dan memperbaiki proses menggunakan metode-metode statistik. Salah satu cara pengendalian kualitas statistik yaitu dengan grafik pengendali dan analisis kemampuan proses statistik. Sebelum menentukan dan menggunakan grafik pengendali, terlebih dahulu harus mengetahui distribusi data yang sesuai dan parameter-parameternya. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas mengenai penentuan dan aplikasi grafik pengendali individual untuk data yang berdistribusi gamma. Data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah salah satu data variabel kualitas air yang berdistribusi gamma.

Berdasarkan penentuan batas-batas grafik pengendali individual tersebut diperoleh data kadar zat organik terkendali secara statistik dengan batas-batas UCL = 8,735; CL = 4,259; dan LCL = 1,545.

Adapun kemampuan proses statistik distribusi gamma ditentukan oleh indeks kemampuan proses, yaitu: PCR_k = min (PCR_U, PCR_L) dimana

Berdasarkan penentuan indeks kemampuan proses tersebut diperoleh indeks kemampuan proses dari data kadar zat organik, PCR_U = 1,32; PCR_L = 1,62; dan PCR_K = 1,32. Nilai indeks tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kualitas air yang ditinjau dari kadar zat organik dinilai telah capable artinya memenuhi batas-batas spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan.

Statistical quality control is a problem-solving techniques that are used as monitor, control, analyze, manager, and improve processes using statistical methods. One way of statistical quality control with control charts and statistical process capability analysis. Before we define and use a control chart, must first know the appropriate of distribution data and their parameters. In this study discussed the determination and application of individual control charts for gamma distribution. The data used in this study is one of water quality variable which have gamma distribution.

According to the result above, statistically obtained by the organic matter data were controlled with control limits value are

According to the result above, obtained the process-capability ratio of organic matter are PCR_U = 1.32, PCR_L = 1.62 and PCR_K = 1.32. The ratio value indicates that the water quality viewed of organic substances have been regarded as capable. It means to meet specification limits have been determined.
