Centralizer, center, dan normalizer subgrup di grup dihedral-2n (D_2n,°)

Beberapa pokok bahasan dalam Aljabar adalah centralizer, center, dan normalizer subgrup di grup dihedral-2n (D_2n,°). Grup dihedral-2n (D_2n,°) adalah kumpulan dari simetri-simetri poligon n beraturan yang terdiri dari rotasi dan refleksi dengan operasi komposisi. Grup ini berkorespondensi dengan grup simetri-n dengan permutasinya. Elemen dari grup dihedral-2n (D_2n,°) adalah D_2n={1,r,r^2,…,r^(n-1),s,sr,sr^2,…,sr^(n-1)}. Grup ini tidak abelian sehingga centralizer, center, dan normalizer subgrupnya akan membentuk pola tertentu. Penentuan pola tersebut dilakukan dengan penentuan centralizer, center, dan normalizer subgrup pada beberapa grup dihedral-2n (D_2n,°) dan dilanjutkan dengan menentukan pola secara umum dalam grup tersebut. Penelitian ini menghasilkan pola banyaknya subgrup dari grup dihedral-2n (D_2n,°), tipe centralizer, center, dan normalizer subgrup di grup dihedral-2n (D_2n,°).

Several of topics in Algebra are centralizer, center, and normalizer of subgroup in dihedral-2n group (D_2n,°). Dihedral-2n group (D_2n,°) is a set of symmetries of a regular n-polygon contain rotation and reflection, with composition operation. This group is corresponding with permutation form of symmetry group. The element of this group is D_2n={1,r,r^2,…,r^(n-1),s,sr,sr^2,…,sr^(n-1)}. This group is not abelian group, so the centralizer, center, and normalizer of the subgroup will form certain pattern. The pattern determining is doing by determining the centralizer, center, and normalizer of subgroup in some of dihedral groups and then determining the general pattern of the group. This research results the patterns of the number of subgroup from the dihedral-2n group (D_2n,°), the types of centralizer, center, and normalizer of subgroup in dihedral-2n group (D_2n,°).
