Abstract

INDONESIA:

Salah satu topik permasalahan dalam teori riset operasi adalah masalah antrian. Mengantri atau menunggu merupakan hasil keacakan dalam operasional pelayanan fasilitas. Menunggu di dalam matematika terapan dapat di identikkan dengan suatu proses antrian. Proses antrian dapat ditemui pada beberapa fasilitas pelayanan umum dimana masyarakat atau barang akan mengalami proses antrian dari kedatangan, memasuki antrian, menunggu, hingga proses pelayanan berlangsung. Masalah yang sering timbul dari keadaan tersebut adalah ketidaknyamanan para pelanggan karena harus menghabiskan waktu yang cukup lama untuk mengantri. Oleh karena itu waktu merupakan sumber daya yang sangat berharga, maka efisiensi dalam pelayanan pada waktu-waktu tertentu merupakan topik penting untuk dianalisis.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research yang meliputi mengkaji sumber-sumber yang membahas masalah antrian dan menganalisis model Single Channel-Multi Phase yakni mengalisis distribusi kedatangan dan distribusi pelayanan yang ada dalam model Single Channel-Multi Phase.

Model antrian Single Channel-Multi Phase adalah model antrian yang terdiri dari satu antrian dan beberapa pelayanan. Komponen model Single Channel-Multi Phase ini terdiri dari kedatangan, antrian, dan pelayanan. Pola kedatangan pada model ini adalah berdistribusi Poisson yakni ..., untuk x=1,2,3,... . Sedangkan pola pelayanannya berdistribusi Eksponensial yaitu ... Sistem antrian pada model Single Channel-Multi Phase ini menggunakan sistem saluran tunggal (M/M/1):(GD/∞/∞) dan tahapan untuk aplikasinya yaitu harus mempunyai sebuah data terlebih dahulu. Setelah data diperoleh, maka data tersebut ditabulasikan ke dalam tabel-tabel frekuensi sehingga dapat dihitung jumlah kejadian dalam berbagai katagori, kemudian mencari uji kecocokan untuk menguji distribusi kedatangan dan distribusi pelayanan dengan menggunakan uji Chi Kuadrat, dan yang terakhir adalah menganalisa sistem antrian dengan menggunakan karakteristik antrian sistem saluran tunggal (M/M/1):(GD/∞/∞).

ENGLISH:

One of the topics in the theory of operations research is the queue problems. Queuing is the result of randomness in the operation of service facilities.Waiting in applied mathematics can be identify with a process queue. Queues can be found in some public service facilities where people or goods will pass the queue process of arrival, entered the queue, waiting, until the last service. For example in motor vehicle service, customers who come directly to take a queue number, then waited until their vehicle serviced. Problems often arise from these circumstances is the customer's inconvenience of having to spend a long time to wait in line. Even the rejection and cancellation often occurs. Rejection occurs because the system queue is full-capacity. The cancellation occurred because customers leave the system due to certain reasons, such as the queue was too long, the internal necessity of customers and others. Therefore, time is a precious resources, the efficiency in service at certain times is an important topic for analyzed.

The research method used is a research library that includes to examine the references that discuss about queue and analyze the model of Single Channel-Multi Phase, namely to analyze the arrival distribution and services distribution that existing in model of Single Channel-Multi Phase.

Queues model of Single Channel Multi Phase is queues model that composed of a single queue and multiple services. The component of Single Channel-Multi Phase models consists of arrival, queuing, and service. The arrival patterns of this model are Poisson distributed, namely ..., dor x=1,2,3,... and service patterns of this model are Exponential distributed ... . The service system on the model of Single Channel-Multi Phase uses a single channel system (M/M/1):(GD/∞/∞) and we must have a data to pass the steps to their application. After we obtain the data, then we will tabulating the data into frequency tables that can be calculated the number of events in various categories, then look for a match test to examine the arrival distribution and service distribution by using Chi Square, and the last is to analyze queuing systems by using the characteristic queue of single-channel system (M/M/1):(GD/∞/∞).
