Penyelesaian multikolinieritas pada model fungsi produksi constant elasticity of substitution dengan Metode Ridge

Model fungsi produksi Constant Elasticity of Substitution merupakan salah satu bentuk model nonlinier yang tidak hanya dalam variabel-variabelnya tetapi juga dalam parameter-parameternya. Terdapat banyak cara yang digunakan untuk mengestimasi parameter model fungsi produksi Constant Elasticity of Substitution, salah satunya dengan menggunakan metode Nonlinear Least Square. Dalam menganalisis data dengan menggunakan model fungsi produksi Constant Elasticity of Substitution, terkadang ditemukan adanya multikolinieritas yang menyebabkan estimasi parameter menjadi bias. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini untuk menyelesaikan multikolinieritas digunakan metode ridge regression dengan estimasi parameter menggunakan metode Nonlinear Least Square.

Production function model of Constant Elasticity of Substitution is one form of nonlinear model which is the multicolinearity is not only in the variables but also the parameters. There are many methods that are used in estimating the parameters of the production function model of Constant Elasticity of Substitution, one of them is Nonlinear Least Square method. In analyzing the data the model of the production function of Constant Elasticity of Substitution, sometimes a multicolinearity that caused the biased parameter estimates is found. Therefore, in this study in solving multicolinearity was used ridge regression method with parameter estimates optained using Nonlinear Least Square method.
