Implementasi kurikulum merdeka P5 (Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila) dalam rangka penguatan karakter siswa di SMPN 15 Malang

Proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila adalah salah satu proyek dari Kurikulum Merdeka. Profil pelajar pancasila digapai untuk bisa menghasilkan siswa yang mandiri karena mereka diajarkan dan dilatih untuk mempersiapkan diri mereka untuk dunia kerja di masa depan. Kegiatan proyek yang masih baru ini, memberikan peluang bagi peneliti untuk melihat bagaimana pengimplementasian dari kegiatan tersebut.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui penerapan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila terhadap pendidikan karakter siswa di SMPN 15 Malang (2) Mengetahui faktor yang menjadi pengaruh pembentukan karakter siswa di SMPN 15 (3) Mengetahui dampak apa yang dihasilkan dari pengimplementasian Kurikulum Merdeka P5 (Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila)

Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori Merilee S. Grindle tentang teori implementasi kebijakan dan Kepala Badan Satuan Kemendikbud Nomor 009/H/KR/2022 tentang Dimensi, Elemen, Subelemen Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila Dalam Kurikulum Merdeka. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini mengacu pada teori Miles dan Huberman (1992) yakni pengumpulan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menyimpulkan data.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengimplementasian Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam rangka penguatan karakter siswa SMPN 15 Malang ini sudah dilakukan sesuai dengan peraturan Kepala Badan Satuan Kemendikbud Nomor 009/H/KR/2022 akan tetapi, ternyata tidak semua siswa aktif melakukan kegiatan tersebut. Sehingga, menyebabkan karakter pada masing-masing individu masih ada yang kurang baik, seperti berkata kotor, merusak fasilitas sekolah, merokok menggunakan seragam sekolah, dan penyebaran video yang sifatnya negatif.

The project to strengthen the Pancasila learner profile is one of the projects of the Merdeka Curriculum. The pancasila learner profile is achieved to be able to produce independent students because they are taught and trained to prepare themselves for the world of work in the future. This project activity, which is still new, provides an opportunity for researchers to see how the implementation of these activities.

This research aims to: (1) Know the application of student profile strengthening project pancasila to student character education in SMPN 15 poor (2) Know the factors that are influencing the formation of student character in SMN 15 (3) Know the impact of the implementation of the curriculum Merdeka P5 (Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila)

This research method uses descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques are using observations, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this research is Merilee S. Grindle's theory of policy implementation theory and Chief of the Unitary Body of Education No. 009/H/KR/2022 on the Dimensions, Elements, Subelements of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in the Merdeka Curriculum. The data analysis used in this study refers to Miles and Huberman's (1992) theory of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion.

The results showed that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in the context of strengthening the character of students at the State Junior High School 15 Malang has been carried out in accordance with the regulation of the Head of the Unit Agency of the Ministry of Education and Culture Number 009/H/KR/2022, however, it turns out that not all students actively carry out these activities. Thus, causing the character of each individual is still not good, such as speaking dirty, damaging school facilities, smoking using school uniforms, and spreading negative videos.

مشروع تعزيز صورة طلاب Pancasila هو أحد مشاريع منهج Merdeka. يتم تحقيق ملف تعريف طالب Pancasila ليكون قادرا على إنتاج طلاب مستقلين لأنهم يتم تعليمهم وتدريبهم لإعداد أنفسهم لعالم العمل في المستقبل. يوفر نشاط المشروع الجديد هذا فرصة للباحثين لمعرفة كيفية تنفيذ هذه الأنشطة.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: (1) معرفة تطبيق مشروع تعزيز ملف تعريف الطالب Pancasila على تعليم شخصية الطالب في المدرسة الثانوية الحكومية 15 مالانج (2) معرفة العوامل التي تؤثر على تكوين شخصية الطالب في المدرسة الثانوية الحكومية 15 (3) معرفة التأثير الناتج عن تنفيذ منهج P5 المستقل (مشروع تعزيز ملف تعريف الطالب Pancasila)
