Abstract
ABSTRAK
Turnover atau pengunduran diri sangat berdampak pada aktivitas dan efisiensi perusahaan, dikarenakan keberhasilan suatu organisasi tidak hanya bergantung pada ketersediaan sumber daya alam, tetapi lebih banyak bergantung pada kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM). Turnover sangat merugikan perusahaan karena perusahaan akan kehilangan tenaga professional dan menambah budget untuk merekrut karyawan baru. Sebelum adanya turnover tentunya selalu di awali dengan turnover intention atau niat untuk berhenti bekerja. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention salah satunya yaitu ketidaksesuain individu dengan organisasi maupun pekerjaan. Person organization fit dan person job fit sangat mempengaruhi niat untuk keluar dari pekerjaan karena ketika seorang individu tidak memiliki visi misi dan tujuan serta keahlian yang sama dengan perusahaan maka mereka cenderung tidak puas dan memilih untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh person organization fit dan person job fit terhadap turnover intention dengan organization culture sebagai variabel moderasi.
Sebagai jawaban dari hipotesis, penelitian ini menganalisis 70 kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan BMT UGT Nusantara Kota Malang. Sampel penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh. Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa person organization fit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, person job fit berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, organization culture dapat memoderasi pengaruh person organization fit terhadap turnover intention, dan organization fit dapat memoderasi pengaruh person job fit terhadap turnover intention.
ABSTRACT
Turnover or resignation has a big impact on company activities and efficiency, because the success of an organization does not only depend on the availability of natural resources, but depends more on the quality of human resources (HR). Turnover is very detrimental to the company because the company will lose professional staff and increase the budget for recruiting new employees. Before there is a turnover, of course it always starts with turnover intention or the intention to stop working. There are many factors that influence turnover intention, one of which is the individual's incompatibility with the organization or job. Person organization fit and person job fit greatly influence the intention to leave a job because when an individual does not have the same vision, mission, goals and skills as the company, they tend to be dissatisfied and choose to leave their job. This research aims to determine the influence of person organization fit and person job fit on turnover intention with organization culture as a moderating variable.
As an answer to the hypothesis, this research analyzed 70 questionnaires distributed to employees of BMT UGT Nusantara Malang City. The research sample used a saturated sample. Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) was used to analyze the data. The research results show that person organization fit has a significant effect on turnover intention, person job fit has an insignificant effect on turnover intention, organization culture can moderate the influence of person organization fit on turnover intention, and organization fit can moderate the influence of person job fit on turnover intention.
