Pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif,dan self-esteem terhadap intensi whistleblowing: Studi pada mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh secara parsial Sikap, Norma Subjektif, Dan Self-Esteem Terhadap Intensi Whistleblowing (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial Sikap, Norma Subjektif, Dan Self-Esteem Terhadap Intensi Whistleblowing (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang).

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kuantitatif, Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive sampling dimana sampel yang digunakan adalah individu dari suatu populasi yang mempunyai ciri-ciri tertentu, Kemudian yang menjadi sampel dalam Penelitian ini adalah 100 orang mahasiswa akuntansi, Instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuisioner, kemudian data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS untuk menganalisis data, dan menggunakan Teknik analisis Structural equation model part least square (SEM-PLS) untuk menguji pengaruh factor sikap terhadap prilaku, norma subjektif, self esteem terhadap intensi whistleblowing.

Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa sikap terhadap prilaku berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi whistleblowing mahasiswa akuntansi, selanjutnya norma subjektif berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap intensi whistleblowing mahasiswa akuntansi, sedangkan self esteem tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi whistleblowing mahasiswa akuntansi.

The problem in this research is whether there is a partial influence of Attitude, Subjective Norms, and Self-Esteem on Whistleblowing Intentions (Study of Students at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang). The purpose of this research is to determine the partial influence of Attitudes, Subjective Norms, and Self-Esteem on Whistleblowing Intentions (Study of Students at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang).

This research uses a quantitative type. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling where the samples used are individuals from a population who have certain characteristics. Then the samples in this research are 100 accounting students. The research instrument is questionnaire, then the data obtained was processed using SmartPLS software to analyze the data, and using the Structural equation model part least squares (SEM-PLS) analysis technique to test the influence of attitude factors on behavior, subjective norms, self-esteem on whistleblowing intentions.

The results of this research state that attitudes towards behavior have a significant positive effect on accounting students' whistleblowing intentions, furthermore subjective norms have a positive but not significant effect on accounting students' whistleblowing intentions, while self-esteem has no effect on accounting students' whistleblowing intentions.

المشكلة في هذا البحث هي ما إذا كان هناك تأثير جزئي للاتجاهات والأعراف الذاتية واحترام الذات على نوايا الإبلاغ عن المخالفات (دراسة لطلاب جامعة مولانا مالك إبراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج). الغرض من هذا البحث هو تحديد التأثير الجزئي للاتجاهات والأعراف الذاتية واحترام الذات على نوايا الإبلاغ عن المخالفات (دراسة لطلاب جامعة مولانا مالك إبراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج).

يستخدم هذا البحث النوع الكمي، وأسلوب أخذ العينات المستخدم في هذا البحث هو أخذ العينات الهادفة حيث العينات المستخدمة أفراد من مجتمع سكاني لديهم خصائص معينة، فالعينات في هذا البحث هي 100 طالب محاسبة، وأداة البحث هي الاستبيان، ثم تمت معالجة البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها باستخدام برنامج SmartPLS لتحليل البيانات، واستخدام تقنية تحليل المربعات الصغرى لنموذج المعادلة الهيكلية (SEM-PLS) لاختبار تأثير عوامل الموقف على السلوك، والمعايير الذاتية، واحترام الذات على نوايا الإبلاغ عن المخالفات.

تشير نتائج هذا البحث إلى أن الاتجاهات نحو السلوك لها تأثير إيجابي كبير على نوايا الإبلاغ عن المخالفات لدى طلاب المحاسبة، علاوة على ذلك، فإن المعايير الذاتية لها تأثير إيجابي ولكن ليس معنويا على نوايا الإبلاغ عن المخالفات لدى طلاب المحاسبة، في حين أن تقدير الذات ليس له أي تأثير على نوايا طلاب المحاسبة. نوايا الابلاغ عن المخالفات.
