Abstract

INDONESIA:

Penelitian ini membahas aplikasi metode Heun dalam penyelesaian model matematika inositol trisphosphate receptor. Metode Heun merupakan perbaikan dari metode Euler yang didekati menggunakan integral metode trapesium. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui solusi numerik model matematika inositol trisphosphate receptor menggunakan metode Heun. Model ini diselesaikan menggunakan metode Heun skema eksplisit. Pada penelitian ini juga diberikan solusi analitik model matematika inositol trisphosphate receptor untuk menguji keakuratan metode Heun dalam menyelesaikan model. Hasil yang diperoleh terbukti bahwa untuk nilai h≤0,01, metode Heun memberikan solusi yang akurat (nilai galat relatif kecil) dalam menyelesaikan model matematika inositol trisphosphate receptor.

ENGLISH:

This study discusses the Heun method application in solving the mathematical model of inositol trisphosphate receptor. Heun method is an improvement of Euler method that approximated using trapezoidal integral method. The purpose of this study is to determine the numerical solution of mathematical model of inositol trisphosphate receptor using Heun method. This model is solved using an explicit scheme Heun. In this study also provided analytic solutions of mathematical model of inositol trisphosphate receptor to test the accuracy of Heun methods in solving models.The results obtained proved that for value h≤0,01, Heun method provides an accurate solution (the relative error is small) in solving mathematical model of inositol trisphosphate receptor.
