Pada zaman globalisasi saat ini keberadaan alat tes psikologi tidak akan pudar seiring berjalannya waktu. Alat tes psikologi sendiri sangat berguna untuk kebutuhan dalam dunia psikologi khususnya dalam lingkup pendidikan, organisasi, industri dan klinis. Tes psikologi merupakan alat ukur yang objektif dan dibakukan atas sampel perilaku tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi subtes dan item tes PAPI Kostick pada aspek leadership dan activity. PAPI Kostick PAPI terbagi dalam dua bentuk yaitu PAPI-I dan PAPI-N. PAPI-I adalah inventori kepribadian yang bersifat ipsatif, sedangkan PAPI-N bersifat normatif. PAPI-I terdiri dari 90 aitem berbentuk forced choice dan PAPI-N berisi 126 pernyataan dalam bentuk skala likert. PAPI-I maupun PAPI-N mengukur aspek kepribadian yang sama yaitu 10 jenis needs dan 10 jenis roles. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model analisis IRT. IRT merupakan kerangka umum dari fungsi matematika yang menjelaskan interaksi antara subjek dan butir tes. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yakni metode dokumentasi dengan jumlah keseluruhan data dalam penelitian ini yakni 340 dengan subjek mahasiswa psikologi angkatan 2019 dan 2020. Hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Item Response Theory untuk menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek leadership memiliki 26 dari 27 aitem yang berfungsi dengan baik dengan presentase 96,29%, Pada aspek activity memiliki 14 dari 18 aitem yang berfungsi dengan baik dengan presentase 77,78. Kesimpulan aspek yang memiliki aitem tidak berfungsi dengan baik dapat diperbaiki pada setiap aitem pertanyaan jika dilakukan pengembangan dalam alat tes.

In the current era of globalization, the existence of psychological test kits will not fade over time. The psychological test tool itself is very useful for needs in the world of psychology, especially in educational, organizational, industrial and clinical settings. Psychological tests are objective and standardized measurement tools for certain behavioral samples. This study aims to evaluate the PAPI Kostick subtest and test items on the aspects of leadership and activity. PAPI Kostick PAPI is divided into two forms, namely PAPI-I and PAPI-N. PAPI-I is a personality inventory that is ipsatif, while PAPI-N is normative. PAPI-I consists of 90 items in the form of forced choice and PAPI-N contains 126 statements in the form of a Likert scale. PAPI-I and PAPI-N measure the same personality aspects, namely 10 types of needs and 10 types of roles. This study uses a quantitative approach using the IRT method. IRT is a general framework of mathematical functions that describes the interaction between subjects and test items. The data collection method in this study is the documentation method with the total number of data in this study namely 340 with the subject of psychology students class of 2019 and 2020. The results of data analysis that has been carried out using the Item Response Theory model show that in the leadership aspect there are 26 out of 27 items which functions well with a percentage of 96.29%. In the activity aspect, 14 of the 18 items function properly with a percentage of 77.78. In conclusion, aspects that have items that do not function properly can be corrected in each question item if development is carried out in a test tool.
