Abstract
ABSTRAK
Sekolah merupakan lembaga pendidikan formal yang secara sistematis melakukan program bimbingan, pengajaran dan latihan dalam rangka membantu siswa untuk mengembangkan potensinya. Potensi yang dimaksud baik yang menyangkut aspek moral, spritual, kognitif, emosional maupun sosial. Maka dari itu perlu diterapkan adanya suatu peraturan sekolah, dengan adanya peraturan tersebut diharapkan bisa memberikan pengarahan dan juga batasan-batasan kepada siswa agar disiplin dalam bersikap dan berperilaku dalam menentukan perkembangan kepribadiannya. Peraturan adalah pola yang ditetapkan untuk tingkah laku. Kedisiplinan berasal dari kata disiplin yang berarti latihan batin atau watak dengan maksud supaya segala perbuatan selalu mentaati peraturan.
Dari fenomena yang telah dikemukakan diatas maka secara umum permasalahan yang telah dirumuskan yaitu Bagaimana pelaksanaan peraturan sekolah di MAN Malang II Batu? Bagaimana kedisiplinan siswa di MAN Malang II Batu? Bagaimana peran pelaksanaan peraturan sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di MAN Malang II Batu?
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yaitu mengamati, mencatat, dan mendokumentasikan. Dengan mengunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Adapun tahapan dalam penelitian ini ada tiga tahapan yaitu: (1) Tahap pembuatan rancangan (2) Tahap pelaksanaan penelitihan; (3) Tahap penyusunan laporan. Untuk melengkapi data-data yang diperlukan yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang ada, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui: (1) Observasi (2) Wawancara dan (3) Dokumentasi.
Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan peraturan sekolah di MAN Malang II Batu sudah dilaksanakan semaksimal mungkin untuk dijalankan, apabilah ada pelanggaran maka akan ditindak sesuai dengan poin yang ada, tidak hanya diberi sanksi tapi juga dicari akar permasalahannya, diberi pembinaan, penjelasan dan penggarahan terhadap siswa yang melanggar agar lebih patuh dan mengerti akan pentingnya peraturan. Sehingga memperkecil intensitas kemungkinan siswa yang melanggar peraturan. Sedangkan kedisiplinan siswa di MAN Malang II Batu bisa dikatakan tinggi, karena pelanggaran pada bulan Juli – Oktober 2,1 % sedangkan pelanggaran yang dilakukan siswa pada bulan November – Februari 1,9 %. Peraturan tersebut dapat memberikan peran terhadap kedisiplinan siswa di MAN Malang II Batu. Pelaksanaan peraturan sekolah selain meningkatkan kedisiplinan juga memliliki beberapa peran sebagai berikut: a) Sebagai bahan pembinaan pada anak. b) Bahan evaluasi keberhasilan pendidikan c) Agar semua kegiatan di sekolah berjalan dengan baik dan tertib d) Agar sekolah menjadi aman dan nyaman dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajarnya.
Dari hasil penelitian ini peneliti memberikan saran sebagai berikut: Kepala Sekolah hendaknya konsisten terhadap sanksi pelanggaran yang sudah ditetapkan dan lebih intensif mengadakan penegakan kedisiplinan terhadap siswa. Guru hendaknya terus melakukan kontrol dan kerja sama terhadap setiap pelanggaran peraturan sekolah. Siswa hendaknya dengan penuh kesadaran diri untuk mematuhi peraturan sekolah yang sudah ditentukan. Orang tua hendaknya ikut serta melakukan pengarahan anaknya agar patuh dan taat terhadap peraturan sekolah.
ABSTRACT
School is a formal educational institutions that systematically make the program guidance, instruction and training in order to help students to develop their potential. The potential is both a moral aspect, spiritual, cognitive, emotional and social. Thus the need to apply the existence of school rules, with the existence of these regulations is expected to provide guidance and also the limits to students for discipline in attitude and behavior in determining the development of his personality. Regulations are established pattern for behavior. Discipline comes from the word discipline means training the mind or character with the intention that all deeds are always obey the rules. Life is very necessary discipline trained and socialized in everyday life. Because the discipline is beginning to achieve success.
From the phenomena mentioned above, the general issues that have been formulated that is how the implementation of school rules in MAN II Batu Malang? How to discipline students in Malang MAN II Stone? How does the role of the implementation of school rules in improving student discipline in MAN II Batu Malang?
This study used descriptive qualitative approach that is observed, recorded, and documented. By using primary and secondary data sources. Primary data is collected or obtained directly in the field by people who do research. While secondary data was obtained or compiled by people who do research from sources that already exist, so it is a source of supplementary data that complement the functions needed by the data in the primary data. The stages in this research there are three stages, namely: (1) the drafting stage (2) Phase penelitihan implementation, (3) Phase preparation of the report. To complete the necessary data related to existing problems, researchers used data collection techniques through: (1) Observation (2) Interview and (3) Documentation.
From the research that has been implemented can be concluded that the implementation of school rules in MAN Batu Malang II was carried out as closely as possible to run, apabilah no violation will be dealt with in accordance with the points that exist, not only sanctioned but also sought the root of the problem, given guidance, explanation and penggarahan against students who violate the order to be more obedient and understand the importance of rules. Thus reduce the intensity of the possibility of students who violate the rules. While the discipline of students in Malang II MAN tall stone can be said, because the offense in July- October 2.1% while the violations committed by students in the month of November to February of 1.9%. The regulation may provide the role of student discipline in MAN II Batu Malang. Implementation of school rules in addition to improving self-discipline also memliliki several roles as follows: a) As the material development in children. b) evaluate the success of educational materials c) For all activities at the school went well and orderly d) In order for schools to be safe and comfortable in carrying out the teaching and learning activities.
From the results of this study researchers gave suggestions as follows: The school principal should be consistent with sanctions violations that have been defined and entered a more intensive enforcement of student discipline. Teachers should continue to exercise restraint and work together against any violation of school rules. Students should be with full awareness of self to obey the school rules that have been determined. Parents should participate and conduct briefings and obedient son to adhere to school rules.
