Abstract
INDONESIA :
Pembelajaran di SMA perlu mengembangkan kemampuan adaptasi siswa, di antaranya kemampuan pemecahan masalah khususnya dalam pembelajaran PAI sehingga yang bersangkutan mampu menghadapi dan memecahkan problema kehidupan yang dihadapinya untuk bekal kehidupan mendatang. Sementara pada sisi lain, hasil observasi empirik di lapangan mengindikasikan bahwa sebagian besar remaja khususnya SMA juga ditemukan bahwa penalaran moral remaja di Jawa cenderung masih berada pada tahap tiga yaitu orientasi kerukunan atau orientasi good boy-nice girl. Jika meminjam taksonomi Bloom, tujuan pendidikan agama tidak sampai pada aspek penalaran atau penilaian. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan-kemampuan tersebut, pembelajaran berbasis masalah atau Problem Based Learning (PBL) adalah jawabannya. Maka dari itu penting untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut, agar guru lebih mudah dalam melaksanakan desain PBL tidak merasa kesulitan dalam implementasi.
Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan penelitian pengembangan (R n D). Pengembangan desain pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) Pendidikan Agama Islam, dilaksanakan melalui model pengembangan Borg and Gall dan terdapat 2 tahap ujicoba. Dalam uji coba tahap I adalah uji coba terbatas menggunakan metode eksperimen single one shot case study dan posttest only group design. Dengan sampel kelas X IPA 4 SMA 1 Purwosari menggunakan teknis probability sampling dengan simple random sampling. Uji coba tahap II adalah uji coba secara luas menggunakan metode eksperimen one group pretest-postest. Dengan sampel kelas X IPA 5 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Analisis data dilakukan sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian ini yaitu melalui analisis kualitatif maupun analisis kuantitatif (deskriptif dan komparatif).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan aktivitas penalaran moral siswa menggunakan langkah desain PBL pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMA Negeri 1 Purwosari. Setelah diberikan tindakan, tidak ada lagi penalaran moral responden yang berada pada tahap II. 11,77% mengalami peningkatan dari tahap II ke tahap III, 2,94% mengalami peningkatan dari tahap III ke tahap IV, dan bahkan 17,64% atau sekitar 6 anak mengalami peningkatan dari tahap IV ke tahap V. Penggunaan metode PBL memampukan siswa melakukan penalaran moral dalam kehidupannya bahkan 6 orang (17,64%) termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian desain pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) layak untuk diterapkan.

Learning in high schools needs to develop the adaptive ability for students, including problem-solving ability, especially in learning PAI so the concerned student will be able to face and solve the problems of life he faced as a provision for his future life. On the other hand, the results of empirical observations on the field indicates that most teenagers, especially high school ones, it is found that the adolescent’s moral reasoning in Java still tends to be on the third stage, that is concord orientation or good boy-nice girl orientation. If we borrow the Bloom Taxonomy, the purpose of religious education does not go as far as to the aspect of reasoning or judgment. To improve these skills, problem-based learning (PBL) is the answer. It's important to be developed further, so that the teachers get easier in implementing the PBL design and do not feel difficult in implementing it.
The method used is Research and development (R n D). The development of learning design of Problem Based Learning (PBL) for Islamic Education, implemented through the Borg and Gall development model and there are two stages of testing. Stage I trial is a limited trial using an experimental method of single one shot case study and posttest only group design. With a sample of class X IPA 4 SMA 1 Purwosari, by using probability sampling technique, with simple random sampling. Stage II trial is an extensive trial using experimental methods of one group pretest-posttest. With a sample of class X IPA 5 as an experimental class. Data analysis was carried out in accordance with the needs of this research, that is by qualitative and quantitative analysis (descriptive and comparative).
The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the students’ moral reasonig activity using PBL design on the subjects of PAI in SMA Negeri 1 Purwosari. After the action, there is no more respondent’s moral reasoning in the second stage. 11.77% gets an increase from stage II to stage III, 2.94% increase from stage III to stage IV, and even 17.64% or approximately 6 children have increased from phase IV to phase V. The use of PBL method has enabled students to make moral reasoning in life even 6 people (17.64%) are in the high category. Thus learning design for Islamic Education based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) is eligible to apply.
