Internalisasi karakter displin siswi pada tata tertib sekolah melalui program Demerit dan Merit Poin Sistem berbasis TSES di Thursina Internasional Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) Kampus Putri Malang

ABSTRAK

Pendidikan katrakter merupakan hal yang sangat penting mentukan masa depan dalam proses pendidikan, pentingnya karakter pendidikan disebabkan karena banyaknya peristiwa krisis moral dan etika di kalangan siswa, santri, remaja anak-anak maupun orangtua. Maka internalisais karakrer disiplin merupak salah satu hal yang dikembangakan untuk mentaati norma-norma berlaku.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengekplorasi internalisasi karakter disiplin siswi pada tata tertib sekolah melalui program demerit dan merit poin sistem berbasis TSES, dengan fokus penelitian: (1) Bagaimana internalisasi peningkatan karakter disiplin siswi melalui program demerit dan merit poin sistem berbasis TSES pada tata tertib sekolah. (2) Bagaimana implementasi program sistem demerit dan merit poin berbasis TSES dalam meningkatkan karakter disiplin siswa pada tata tertib sekolah. (3) Bagaimana hasil dalam meningkatkan karakter disiplin siswi melalui demerit dan merit poin sistem berbasis TSES pada tata tertib sekolah di Thursina International Islamic Boarding School Kampus Putri Malang.

Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan fokus pada internalisasi karakter disiplin siswi pada tata tertib sekolah melalui program demerit dan merit poin sistem berbasis TSES di Thursina Internasional Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) Kampus Putri Malang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik (1) Wawancara dengan informasi (2) observasi, atau pengamatan dan (3) dokumentasi sebagai buktiadanya penelitian.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) internalisasi meningkatakan karakter siswi dengan cara sosialisai diantaranya: Handbook student and parent, Matrikulasi siswi baru kelas (O-Week), Forum academi advisor, Forum ukhuwah murabbiyah, Morning assembly, Tazkiyatun nafs, Konseling individu, Forum SSC, Aplikasi TSES. (2) implementasi meningkatkan karakter disiplin dengan adanya pertama, perencanaan (planning), kedua pengorganisasian (organizing), ketiga, pelaksanaan (actuating), keempat Pengawasan (monitoring) dan Evaluasi (controlling). (3) hasil internalisasi meningkatkan karakrakter disiplin yaitu sudah terlaksana dengan baik dan menjadikan siswi jera terhadap pelanggran yang dibuat dan menjadikannya lebih baik dengan kerja sama seluruh warga sekolah yang harmonis.

ABSTRACT

Character education is very important in determining the future in the educational process, the importance of character education is due to the many incidents of moral and ethical crises among students, students, teenagers, children and parents. So the internalization of the character of discipline is one thing that is developed to comply with applicable norms.

This study aims to explore the internalization of student discipline character in school rules through the TSES-based demerit and merit point system program, with a research focus: (1) How to internalize the improvement of student discipline character through the demerit program and the TSES-based merit point system in school discipline. (2) How is the implementation of the TSES-based demerit and merit point system program in improving the character of students' discipline in school rules. (3) How are the results in improving the disciplined character of students through demerit and merit points based on the TSES system in school rules at Thursina International Islamic Boarding School, Putri Malang Campus.

This research is qualitative descriptive with a focus on internalizing the character of student discipline in school discipline through the demerit program and merit point system based on TSES at Thursina International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) Putri Malang Campus. Data was collected by using the techniques (1) Interview with information (2) observation, or observation and (3) documentation as evidence of research.

The results of this study indicate that (1) internalization improves the character of students by means of socialization including: Student and parent handbook, Matriculation for new class students (MOS), academi advisor forum, ukhuwah murabbiyah forum, Morning assembly, Tazkiyatun nafs, Individual counseling, SSC Forum, TSES application. (2) implementation improves the character of discipline with the first, planning, second organizing, third, actuating, fourth monitoring and controlling. (3) the results of internalization improve the character of discipline, namely that it has been carried out well and has made students deterrent to violations that have been made and made it better with the harmonious cooperation of all school members.

تعليم الشخصية مهم جدًا في تحديد المستقبل في العملية التعليمية ، وترجع أهمية تعليم الشخصية إلى العديد من حوادث الأزمات الأخلاقية والمعنوية بين الطلاب والطلاب والمراهقين والأطفال وأولياء الأمور. لذا فإن استيعاب طبيعة الانضباط هو أحد الأشياء التي تم تطويرها للامتثال للمعايير المعمول بها.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف استيعاب شخصية انضباط الطالب في قواعد المدرسة من خلال برنامج نظام نقاط الاستحقاق والنقص القائم على TSES ، مع التركيز على البحث: (1) كيفية استيعاب تحسين شخصية انضباط الطالب من خلال برنامج النقص و TSES - نظام نقاط الجدارة في الانضباط المدرسي. (2) كيف يتم تنفيذ برنامج نظام نقاط الاستحقاق والنقص القائم على TSES في تحسين شخصية انضباط الطلاب في قواعد المدرسة. (3) كيف هي النتائج في تحسين الشخصية الانضباطية للطلاب من خلال نقاط النقص والجدارة على أساس نظام TSES في قواعد المدرسة في مدرسة ثيرزينا الدولية الإسلامية الداخلية ، حرم بوتري مالانج.

هذا البحث وصفي نوعي مع التركيز على استيعاب طابع انضباط الطلاب في الانضباط المدرسي من خلال برنامج النقص ونظام نقاط الجدارة على أساس TSES في مدرسة ثيرزينا الدولية الإسلامية الداخلية (IIBS) حرم بوتري مالانج الجامعي. تم جمع البيانات باستخدام الأساليب (1) المقابلة مع المعلومات (2) الملاحظة أو الملاحظة و (3) التوثيق كدليل على البحث.

تشير نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن (1) الاستيعاب يحسن شخصية الطلاب عن طريق التنشئة الاجتماعية بما في ذلك: دليل الطالب وأولياء الأمور ، شهادة الثانوية العامة لطلاب الصفوف الجديدة (MOS) ، منتدى المستشار الأكاديمي ، منتدى أخوة مربعة ، التجمع الصباحي ، Tazkiyatun nafs ، الإرشاد الفردي ، منتدى SSC ، تطبيق TSES. (2) التنفيذ يحسن طابع الانضباط مع الأول ، التخطيط ، التنظيم الثاني ، الثالث ، المشغل ، الرابع المراقبة والتحكم. (3) تؤدي نتائج الاستيعاب إلى تحسين طابع الانضباط ، أي أنه تم تنفيذه بشكل جيد وجعل الطلاب رادعًا للانتهاكات التي تم ارتكابها وجعلتها أفضل بالتعاون المتناغم من جميع أعضاء المدرسة.
