Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kepemimpinan Visioner adalah kemampuan pemimpin dalam mencipta, merumuskan, mengkomunikasikan, mensosialisasikan, mentransformasikan dan mengimplementasikan pemikiran-pemikiran ideal yang berasal dari dirinya atau sebagai hasil interaksi sosial diantara anggota organisasi dan stakeholders yang diyakini sebagai cita-cita organisasi di masa depan yang harus diraih atau diwujudkan melalui komitmen semua personil.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan: (1) karakteristik pemimpin visioner di Yayasan Bani Hasyim (2) Upaya pimpinan Yayasan Bani Hasyim dalam mewujudkan visi kedalam aksi dalam pengembangan pendidikan Islam (3) Implikasi kepemimpinan visioner pada Yayasan Bani Hasyim Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang dalam pengembangan pendidikan Islam.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus (case study). Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi berperanserta, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data melalui uji credibility (validitas internal) dengan perpanjangan pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan dan triangulasi; transferability (validitas eksternal); dependability (reliabilitas); dan confirmability (objektivitas).
Melalui analisis dari studi ini, peneliti menemukan bahwa (1) karakteristik pemimpin visioner di Yayasan Bani Hasyim atau Masjidil ‘Ilm Bani Hasyim adalah pemimpin yang mempunyai strategi jauh ke depan dalam menggapai impian menjadi kenyataan, dapat memberikan inspirasi bagi orang –orang di civitas akademika, berintegritas, berfikir kreatif, inovatif, solutif, responsibiliti, karismatik, dan religius; (2) upaya pemimpin yayasan mewujudkan visi kedalam aksi dalam pengembangan pendidikan Islam di Yayasan Bani Hasyim tercantum dalam 3 landasan dasar yakni IMTAQ (Iman dan Taqwa), IPTEK (Ilmu Pengetahuan dan teknologi) dan AKMAL (Akhlaqul Karimah dan Amaliyah). (3) implikasi pemimpin visioner di Yayasan Bani Hasyim dalam pengembangan pendidikan Islam antara lain adanya peningkatan mutu guru dalam pengembangan SDM, menjadikan sekolah percontohan nasional dalam pengembangan lembaga, lulusan yang mempunyai life skill/ keahlian seperti menjahit, menanam, 2 bahasa dan lain-lain.
ENGLISH:
Visionary leadership is the ability of a leader in creating, formulating, communicating, socializing, transform and implement ideas that came from her ideal or as a result of social interaction between members of the organization and stakeholders are believed to be the ideals of the organization in the future to be achieved or realized through the commitment of all personnel.
This study aims to find: (1) the characteristics of visionary leaders in Bani Hasyim Foundation (2) the Banu Hasyim Foundation led effort in realizing the vision into action in the development of Islamic education (3) Implications of visionary leadership in Banu Hasyim Foundation Subdistrict Singosari - Malang in the development of Islamic education.
This study used a qualitative approach with case studies (case study). The collection of data obtained through participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. Checking the validity of the data through the test of credibility (internal validity) with extension of observation, increased persistence and triangulation; transferability (external validity); dependability (reliability); and confirmability (objectivity).
Through the analysis of this study, researchers found that (1) the characteristics of visionary leaders in Bani Hasyim Foundation is a leader who has a far-sighted strategy in the second dream come true, can provide inspiration for persons in the academic community, integrity, creative thinking, innovative, solution-based, responsibiliti, charismatic, and religious; (2) efforts to realize the vision of the foundation leaders into action in the development of Islamic education in Bani Hasyim Foundation is listed in 3 basic foundation that is IMTAQ (Iman and Taqwa), IPTEK (Science and Technology) and AKMAL (good moral and Amaliyah); 3) the implications of the visionary leader of Bani Hasyim Foundation in the development of Islamic education, among others, an increase in the quality of teachers in the development of human resources, making the national pilot school in the development of institutions, graduates have the life skills / skills such as sewing, planting, second language and others.
