Abstract
INDONESIA:
Semakin berkembangnya zaman, teknologi dan pengetahuan pada bidang panganpun juga semakin berkembang canggih. Perkembangan tersebut banyak berdampak pada kepercayaan konsumen muslim dalam mendapatkan pangan halal. Dalam hal ini pemerintah menetapkan bahwasegala macam produk yang diedarkan di Indonesia wajibbersertifikat halal, hal ini berdasarkan Undang-Undang No 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal. Akan tetapi adanya ketentuan tersebut banyak dari paraprodusenyang belum mentaatinya, khususnya pada pengusaha rumah makan.
Penulis melakukan penelitian terhadap masalah Kesadaran Hukum Pengusaha Rumah Makan Muslim Di Kecamatan Baturiti Kabupaten Tabanan Bali Terhadap Undang- Undang No.33 Tahun 2014 TentangJaminanProduk Halal. Penelitian ini memiliki 2 rumusan masalah, yakni 1). BagaimanaKesadaran Hukum Pengusaha Rumah Makan Muslim Di Kecamatan Baturiti Kabupaten Tabanan Bali Terhadap Undang-Undang No.33 Tahun 2014 TentangJaminanProduk Halal? 2) Faktor apa saja yang melatarbelakangi kesadaran hukum mereka?. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis empiris (lapangan). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan pengumpulan datanya melalui obserfasi dan wawancara. Data dalam penelitian ini di analisa menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kesadaran Hukum Pengusaha Rumah Makan Muslim Di Kecamatan Baturiti Kabupaten Tabanan Bali Terhadap Undang- Undang No.33 Tahun 2014 TentangJaminanProduk Halal masih dapat dikatakan rendah. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari 4 indikator yakni Pengetahuan hukum, Pemahaman hukum, sikap hukum dan prilaku hukum para pengusaha. Faktor yang melatarbelakangi kesadaran hukum mereka tedapat 3 faktor yakni faktor ekonomi, mengaku sudah terjamin halal dan malas.

The continued development ofage, technology and know ledgeinthe field of foodwere alsoin creasingly developing sophisticated. These developments have significant impact on Muslim consumer confidence in getting halal food. In this case the government establishes that all kinds of products distributed in Indonesia must be halal certified, it is based on Law No. 33 Year 2014 about Halal Product Warranty. However, the presence of such provision many of the producers who do not obey them, especially in the restaurant entrepreneur.
The researcher conducted research on the problem of The Awarness Law of Enterpreneurs Muslim Restaurants in Baturiti, Tabanan Bali Against The Ordinance Numbers 33, Years 2014 About Halal Product Warranty. This researchhastwoformulation of the problem, namely 1). How The Awarness Law of Enterpreneurs Muslim Restaurants in Baturiti, Tabanan Bali Against The Ordinance Numbers 33, Years 2014 About Halal Product Warranty? 2). What factorsunderlyingtheirlegal awareness?. This research isjuridicalempirical(field). This researchused qualitative approach. Whilecollecting data through observation and interviews.The datain this researchwere analyzedusingdescriptive qualitative dataanalysis techniques.
These results of research indicatethat The Awarness Law of Enterpreneurs Muslim Restaurants in Baturiti, Tabanan Bali Against The Ordinance Numbers 33, Years 2014 About Halal Product Warranty can be said is low. It can be seen from the four indicators namely knowledge of law, understanding of the law, attitudes of law and behavior of employers law. Factors underlyingtheirlegal awareness, there are 3 factorsnamelyeconomic factors, claim to have halal guaranteed and lazy.
