Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengelolaan sarana pendidikan. Sarana pendidikan merupakan fasilitas yang digunakan secara langsung dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dalam sarana pendidikan diperlukan pengelolaan agar fasilitas dapat terjaga tetap dalam kondisi baik. Pengelolaan tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, yakni perencanaan, pengadaan, inventarisasi, pemeliharaan, penyimpanan, dan penghapusan. Adapun penelitian ini membahas proses pengelolaan sarana pendidikan dengan terfokus pada tiga aspek, yakni ruang kelas, perpustakaan, dan laboratorium IPA.
Fokus penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana penetapan standar sarana pendidikan pada SMP di lingkungan Pesantren An-Nur Bululawang, 2) Bagaimana proses pengelolaan sarana pendidikan pada SMP di lingkungan Pesantren An-Nur Bululawang, 3) Apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses pengelolaan sarana pendidikan SMP di lingkungan Pesantren An-Nur Bululawang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pendekatan ini dipilih dalam penelitian ini karena peneliti mendeskripsikan secara rinci mengenai gambaran kondisi yang sebenarnya terjadi dilapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penetapan standar sarana pendidikan di SMP An-Nur sudah memenuhi kriteria sebagaimana dalam Permendiknas Nomor 24 tahun 2007, terwujud dalam fasilitas yang memadai untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran. 2) Pengelolaan sarana pendidikan di SMP An-Nur pada ruang kelas, perpustakan, dan laboratorium IPA dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yang meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, inventarisasi, pemeliharaan, penyimpanan, dan penghapusan. 3) Faktor pendukung dalam proses pengelolaan sarana pendidikan di SMP An-Nur yaitu adanya rasa tanggung jawab seluruh civitas akademika terhadap barang milik sekolah, adanya rasa semangat, kreatif, dan inovatif siswa dalam memelihara sarana. Serta kesadaran siswa dalam menjaga kebersihan di lingkungan sekolah. Keberadaan tim sarana prasarana yang cepat tanggap dalam memperbaiki peralatan yang sudah rusak juga menjadi kelebihan tersendiri dari sekolah tersebut. Dan kecakapan tim sarana prasarana dalam memperbaiki kerusakan barang. Sedangkan untuk faktor penghambat dipengaruhi oleh faktor pendanaan, pemeliharaan, siswa, dan guru.
ENGLISH:
The research discuss about the management of educational facilities. Educational facility means that facility that is used directly in learning teaching activity. In educational process, management of the facilities are needed so that the facilities can be maintained in a good condition. This type of management can be done in several stages, namely planning, procurement, inventor, maintenance, storage, and deletion. The research is to discuss the management of education which focus on the three aspects, namely the space classes, libraries, and laboratory science.
There are three focuses in this research, namely: 1) How is the standard setting of educational facilities at Junior High School in the An-Nur Bululawang Islamic Boarding School, 2) How is the procces of managing educational facilities at Junior High School in the An-Nur Bululawang Islamic Boarding School, 3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of developing Junior High School educational facilities in the An-Nur Bululawang Islamic Boarding School.
This research use a descriptive qualitative approach. This approach was choses in this study because researcher describes in detail the description of conditions that actually occurs in the field.Datacollectiontechniquesusing direct observation, interviews, and documentation.
The results of the study indicated that: 1) Determination of the standard means of Education In Junior High School An-Nur already met the criteria as in the Ministerial Regulation No. 24 of 2007, materialized in a facility that was a adequate to support the process of learning. 2) Management education in Junior High School An-Nur consist of room class, library, and laboratory science are conducted with several stages. On those stages included planning, procurement, inventory, maintenance, storage, and delection. 3) Some factors that support the process of management education in Junior High School An-Nur were their sense of responbility of the entire community of academics against goods beloving of the school, their sense of spirit, creative, and innovative students in maintaining the fasilities. There was also an a wareness of student in maintaining cleanliness in the school‟s environment. The existence of an infrastructure team that was very responsive in repairing equipment that was already broke was also one of the advantage of the school.As for the inhibiting factors, it was influenced by funding, maintenance, students, and teachers.
