Abstract
INDONESIA:
Motivasi merupakan unsur hakiki dalam mengintregasikan antara pribadi individu dengan tujuan organisasi. Motivasi harus dapat memberikan dampak terhadap aktivitas seseorang dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaiman cara memotivasi karyawan, apa yang memotivasi karyawan,peneliti menggunakan batasan teori Hirarki kebutuhan Abraham Maslow untuk memotivasi karyawan.
Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan informan: Pemimpin perusahaan, 1 manajer unit yang membawai unit usaha yang dimiliki perusahaan, serta I Staff unit dan 3 karyawan perusahaan. Penelitian mendiskripsikan tentang bagaimana cara memotivasi karyawan di penelitian ini berangakat dari hasil analisis fenomena,peristiwa,aktivitas social,sikap,kepercayaan,persepsi,pemikiran dari orang secara individu maupun kelompok, baik diperoleh dari data observasi, wawancara, maupun dokumentasi. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif diskriptif melalui: Reduksi data, Penyajian data, Ferivikasi.
Hasil dari analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cara motivasi yang dilakukan di CV Vicita Saintika Jombang yaitu dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan karyawannya yang meliputi kebutuhan: fisiologis, perlindungan keamanan, sosial, penghargaan, aktualisasi diri.Namun dalam pelaksanaannya disesuaikan kondisi perusahaan dan latar belakang karyawan. Sehingga yang menjadikan karyawan termotivasi berbeda-beda antra satu dengan yang lain, tergantung latar belakang karyawan.
ENGLISH:
Motivation is an essential element in integrating between private individuals with organizational goals. Motivation should be able to have an impact on a person's activity in the achievement of organizational goals. The purpose of this study to find out how to motivate employees, what motivates employees, researchers used the theory of constraints Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs to motivate employees.
Research using qualitative methods with informants: Leader company, 1 unit manager who membawai business units of the company, and I Staff units and 3 e mployees of the company. Describe research on how to motivate employees in this study from the analysis berangakat phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually or in groups, either the data obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. penelitianini analysis method using qualitative descriptive through: reduction of data, presentation of data, Ferivikasi.
Results of the analysis showed that motivation was way di CV VicitaSaintikaJombang is to meet the needs of its employees covering needs: physiological, security protection, social, esteem, actualization diri.Namun in actual customized background conditions of the company and employees. So that makes employees motivated vary as between one another, depending on the employee's background.
