التبادل الاجتماعي هو إجراء اجتماعي يتبادل أو يوفر أشياء لها قيمة بين الأفراد بناءً على مراحل اجتماعية معينة. شيء تبادل معين شيء لا يمكن رؤيته. يلخص هذه الفكرة الشعور بأنها ليست حالة يمكن أن تبدو مثل الأمل والألم وعبء العيش للنتائج التي تم الحصول عليها والعلاقات التي تشمل الأفراد. إحدى حكاية قاضي الغابة لكميل كيلاني، وهو شخص معروف في الحكاية الأدبية للأطفال يروي الرسائل والاقتراحة في علاقة اجتماعية. لذلك يهتم الباحث بتحليل استخدام نظرية التبادل الاجتماعي في حكاية قاضي الغابة لكامل كيلاني بناء على نظرية جورج هومان للأهداف التالية: 1) معرفة شكل التبادل الاجتماعي في حكاية "(قاضي الغابة)" لكامل كيلاني، 2) معرفة سبب التبادل الاجتماعي في حكاية قاضي الغابة لكامل كيلاني، 3) معرفة أثر التبادل الاجتماعي في حكاية "(قاضي الغابة)" لكامل كيلاني.

هذا البحث هو من نوع البحث الوصفي. يتم الحصول على البيانات من مصادر البيانات الرئيسية والثانوية. مصادر البيانات الرئيسية على هو حكاية قاضي الغابة لكامل كيلاني ومصادر البيانات الثانوية هي كتب ومصادر أخرى المتعلق بهذا البحث. تستخدم الطريقات جمع البيانات في هذا البحث بطريقة القراءة والترجمة وتكتب. وتستخدم طريقة تحليل البيانات في هذا البحث بطريقة تحليل البيانات عند لمايلز وهوبرمان. عند لمايلز وهوبرمان، تتكون طريقة تحليل البيانات من ثلاث مراحل، وهي طريقات تقليل البيانات وعرض البيانات وخلاصة النتائج.

نتائج هذا البحث في تبادل الاجتماعي في حكاية "(قاضي الغابة)" عند جورج هومانز 1) أشكال التبادل الاجتماعي هو شحص بسبس ومشمش ومييمون 2)، أسباب التبادل الاجتماعي هي التضامن، التحاسس، الجوع، إختلاف حق، الندم، قطتان تطلبان من ميمون أن يكون قاضيًا، قسم قرص الجبن، عدم قبول قطتين، أكل الميمون قرص الجبن حتى زوالها تقريبًا وميمون الذي يخون قطتين، 3) تأثير التبادل الاجتماعي هو قطتان سعيدتان، نأسف لإخوين، احصل على قرص جبن، ابحث عن قاضي، ندم على إخوين، قرر المشكلة، قسم قرص الجبن إلى ميزان، أغضب إخوين، ميمون يحاول شرح ومكافأة الميمون. تنقسم جميعها إلى عشرة إقترحات للتبادل الاجتماعي بما في ذلك اقتراحان ناجح، اقتراح تحفيز واحد، اقتراحان للقيمة، اقتراحان للحرمان والإشباع وثلاثة إقترح الموافق والعدوان.

ABSTRACT

Social exchange is a social action that exchanges or provides objects that have value between individuals based on certain social stages. A certain exchange object is something that is not seen. This idea encapsulates the feeling that it is not a case that can look like hope, pain, the burden of living the results obtained, and relationships involving individuals. One of the saga of the forest judge "(قاضي الغابة)" by Kamil Kailani, someone who is well-known in children's literary tales that tells messages and impressions in a social relationship. Therefore researchers interested in analyzing using the theory of social exchange in the story of the forest judge "(قاضي الغابة)" by kamil kailani according to George Homans with the following objectives: 1) knowing the form of social exchange in the forest judge saga "(قاضي الغابة)" by kamil kailani, 2) knowing the cause of social exchange in the saga (قاضي الغابة) by kamil kailani, 3) knowing the impact of social exchange in the saga of the forest judge "(قاضي الغابة)" by kamil kailani.

This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data is obtained from primary and secondary data sources. Primary data source in the form of forest judge saga "(قاضي الغابة)" by Kamil Kailani and secondary data sources in the form of books and other sources related to this research. Data collection techniques in this study used the techniques of reading, translating, and taking notes. Data analysis techniques in this study used data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman. According to Miles and Huberman, data analysis techniques consist of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

The results in this study there are social exchanges in the saga of the forest judge "(قاضي الغابة)" according to george Homans 1) the form of social exchange consists of successful propositions, stimuli, values, deprivation-satiation and restoration of aggression between bisbis, mismis and maimun 2) the causes of social exchange are Solidarity, awareness, hunger, dissent, regret, two cats asking maimun to be a judge, distribution of cheese plates, not accepting two cats, maimun eating cheese plate until almost gone and maimun who cheating two cats, 3) the impact of social exchange that occurs is two happy cats, regret two siblings , get a cheese plate, find a judge, regret two siblings, decide the problem, divide the cheese disc into a scale, anger the two siblings, maimun trying to explain and reward maimun. All of which are divided into ten social exchange propositions including two successful propositions, one stimulus proposition, two value propositions, two deprivation-satiation propositions and three restoration-aggression propositions.

ABSTRAK

Pertukaran sosial adalah tindakan sosial yang bertukar atau memberikan objek yang mempunyai nilai antara individu berdasarkan tahap sosial tertentu. Objek pertukaran tertentu adalah sesuatu yang tidak terlihat. Idea ini merangkum perasaan bahwa ia bukanlah perkara yang bisa terlihat seperti harapan, kesakitan, beban hidup hasil yang diperoleh, dan hubungan yang melibatkan individu. Salah satu hikayat hakim hutan “(قاضي الغابة)”karya kamil kailani, seseorang yang terkenal dalam dongeng sastra anak-anak yang menceritakan pesan dan kesan dalam sebuah hubungan sosial. Oleh sebab itu peneliti tertarik untuk menganalisis dengan menggunakan Teori pertukaran sosial dalam hikayat hakim hutan “(قاضي الغابة)” karya kamil kailani menurut George Homans dengan tujuan sebagai berikut: 1) mengetahui bentuk pertukaran sosial dalam hikayat hakim hutan “(قاضي الغابة)” karya kamil kailani menurut George Homans, 2) mengetahui penyebab pertukaran sosial dalam hikayat قاضي الغابة karya kamil kailani menurut George Homans, 3) mengetahui dampak pertukaran sosial dalam hikayat hakim hutan “(قاضي الغابة)” karya kamil kailani menurut George Homans.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Datanya diperoleh dari sumber data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data primer berupa hikayat hakim hutan “(قاضي الغابة)”karya kamil kailani dan sumber data sekunder berupa buku-buku dan sumber lainya yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik baca, terjemah, dan catat. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data menurut Miles dan Huberman. Menurut Miles dan Huberman, teknik analisis data terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.

Hasil dalam penelitian ini terdapat pertukaran sosial dalam hikayat hakim hutan “(قاضي الغابة)” menurut george Homans Adapun 1) bentuk pertukaran sosial terdiri dari proposisi sukses, stimulus, Nilai, Deprivasi-Satiasi dan Restu Agresi terjadi antara tokoh bisbis, mismis dan maimun 2) penyebab munculnya pertukaran sosial adalah Solidaritas, kesadaran, lapar, Perbedaan pendapat, penyesalan, dua kucing meminta maimun menjadi hakim, pembagian piringan keju, tidak terimanya dua kucing, maimun memakan piringan keju hingga hampir habis dan maimun yang menipu dua ekor kucing, 3) dampak pertukaran sosial yang terjadi adalah dua ekor kucing yang bahagia, penyesalan dua bersaudara, mendapatkan piringan keju, mencari hakim, penyesalan dua bersaudara, memutuskan masalah, membagi piringan keju dalam timbangan, kemarahan dua bersaudara, maimun berusaha menjelaskan dan ganjaran maimun. Yang semuanya terbagi dalam sepuluh pertukaran sosial proposisi diantaranya dua proposisi sukses, satu proposisi stimulus, dua proposisi nilai, dua proposisi deprivasi-satiasi dan tiga proposisi restu-agresi.
