Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seseorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Suatu perusahan akan terus berkembang apabila kinerja karyawannya baik. Ada beberapa faktor yang mepengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah faktor internal pegawai, faktor lingkungan internal organisasi, dan faktor lingkungan eksternal organisasi. Salah satu faktor kinerja yaitu lingkungan eksternal organisasi berupa gaya kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menguji serta membuktikan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kharismatik (X1), gaya kepemimpinan transaksional (X2), gaya kepemimpinan transformasional (X3), dan gaya kepemimpinan visioner (X4) terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Kota Malang (Y1).
Jenis penelitian ini eksplanatory dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel probability sampling dengan pendekatan proportional random sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dimana semua anggota mempunyai kesempatan yang sama untuk dijadikan sampel sesuai dengan proporsinya yaitu pada karyawan PDAM Kota Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat SPSS 16 dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (R2), Uji T dan Uji F.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan kharismatik (X1), gaya kepemimpinan transaksional (X2), gaya kepemimpinan transformasional (X3), dan gaya kepemimpinan visioner (X4) berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Kota Malang (Y1).

Performance is the results in the form of quality and quantity of work achieved by employees in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to them. A company will continue to develop if its employee performance is good. There are several factors that influence employee performance. These factors are internal employee factors, internal environmental factors of the organization, and external environmental factors of the organization. One of the performance factors is the external environmental factors of the organization in the form of leadership style. This study aims to measure, test and prove the influence of charismatic leadership style (X1), transactional leadership style (X2), transformational leadership style (X3), and visionary leadership style (X4) on the performance of PDAM Malang City employees (Y1).
This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative research approach. Using a probability sampling method with a proportional random sampling approach, which is a sampling technique where all members have the same opportunity to be sampled according to their proportions. The samples are employees of Municipal Waterworks of Malang. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The analysis of the hypotheses in this study uses SPSS 16 with validity, reliability, classic assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), T test and F test.
Based on the results of the study showed that the variable charismatic leadership style (X1), transactional leadership style (X2), transformational leadership style (X3), and visionary leadership style (X4) partially and simultaneously influence on the performance of employees of Municipal Waterworks of Malang City (Y1).
