Abstract

INDONESIA:

Dalam rangka mencapai pelayanan prima, lembaga pengelola ZIS dihadapkan pada penentuan strategi. Penentuan strategi akan dijadikan sebagai landasan dan kerangka kerja untuk mewujudkan sasaran sasaran kerja yang telah ditentukan oleh manajemen. Karena itu dibutuhkan suatu alat untuk mengukur kinerja sehingga dapat diketahui sejauh mana strategi dan sasaran yang telah ditentukan dapat tercapai.Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui capaian kinerja Lembaga Yayasan Dana Sosial Al-Falah Malangdengan metode Balanced Scorecard.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan cara mengukur masing-masing perspektif yang terdiri dari perspektif keuangan, bisnis internal, pelanggan serta pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran.

Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja YDSF Malang secara keseluruhan sudah sangat baik, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai scorecard yang dihasilkan yaitu sebesar 94%. Perspektif keuangan dengan menilai memberikan hasil yang sangat baik karena lembaga mampu memenuhi target realisasi. Perspektif pelanggan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja sudah cukup baik dikarenakan pelayanan yang diberikan, kesabaran karyawan serta kemudahan dalam menyalurkan dana yang diamanahkan melalui berbagai program yang inovatif dan pelayanan kepada mustahik melalui kegiatan keagamaan memberi manfaat bagi mustahik sangat baik. Perspektif proses bisnis internal menunjukkan hasil yangsangat baik dalam proses inovasi yang dilakukan oleh lembaga, hanya saja dalam proses operasi menunjukkan hasil yang kurang baik. Perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik karena terjalinnya hubungan baik antara karyawan dan atasan maupun sesama rekan kerja.

ENGLISH:

In order to achieve excellent service, ZIS management organization are faced with the strategy determination. Determination of the strategy will serve as the basis and framework for realizing the work targets set by management. Therefore we need a tool to measure the performance so that it can be seen the extent on which the strategy and specific targets can be achieved. Under these conditions, the purpose of this study was to determine the gains of the Foundation organizationDana sosial Al-Falah Malang with Balanced Scorecard method.

This study used descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the data was used by measuring each consisting perspective from a financial perspective, internal business, customers as well as growth and learning.

The results showed that Malang YDSF performance overall has been very good, it wasshowed by the resulting scorecard value of 94%. Financial perspective by assessing excellent results because the institution was able to meet the realization target. Customers perspective indicated that the performance was good enough because of the services provided, employees patience and the ease of funds channeling that mandated through a variety of innovative programs and services to mustahik through religious activities. Internal business process perspective showd excellent results in the innovation process carried out by the organization, only in the process of operation showed poor results. Learning and growth perspective showed excellent results because of good relations between employees and employers or colleagues.
