Abstract
INDONESIA:
Revitalisasi Agrowisata & Budidaya Tanaman Jamur merupakan wadah sarana kegiatan wisata komoditas agro yaitu jamur di Sumber Brantas, Bumiaji Kota Batu. Latar Belakang direncanakannya sarana atau fasilitas wisata ini karena adanya potensi agrowisata di Sumber Brantas yang sempat berkembang dengan komoditas yang sama namun tidak dikembangkan secara maksimal, sehingga sarana tersebut menjadi terhambat operasionalnya. Di samping adanya sarana yang sama, perancangan di daerah ini mempertimbangkan program pemerintah Kota Batu yang adad dalam RDTRK BWK SUB III Wilayah Bumiaji, dimana hendak digunakan wilayah tersebut sebagai kawasan agrowisata industri dan pariwisata di sub kawasan Cangar. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengangkat potensi sarana agro yang sempat ada agar dapat diseimbangkan dengan keindahan alam Wisata Cangar, maka diperlukan sebuah fasilitas wisata berupa percontohan agro yang diharapkan mampu memberikan pengetahuan mengenai agro dengan menyajikan keindahan alam yang ada di sekitar lokasi, serta menghadirkan suasana keindahan alam perkebunan masyarakat Sumber Brantas-Bumiaji Kota Batu.
Sesuai dengan objek dan tema yang ada pada materi pembahasan fasilitas ini, maka desain perancangan menggunakan konsep “Harmoni-keseimbangan dengan alam” melalui 3 langkah respect yaitu respect site, respect village’s life dan respect nature and resources dengan mengutamakan keberlangsungan potensi sumber daya alam sekitar sehingga kerusakan lingkungan alam dapat diminimalkan.
Dalam perencanaan sebuah wisata agro, harus benar-benar direncanakan secara matang, dan disesuaikan dengan tuntutan masyarakat modern sekarang ini. Perencanaan sebuah wisata agro yang memadukan pembelajaran, edukatif, rekreatif dan kreatif serta memiliki fasilitas yang nyaman dan modern, dalam sebuah lingkup kesatuan yang saling terhubung dan mendukung satu sama lain sehingga menciptakan perpaduan yang cukup baik serta mampu memberikan kenyaman beraktivitas bagi pengunjung. Perencanaan sebuah struktur bangunan agrowisata yang ekologis yang mendukung kekuatan dan tampilan bangunan serta mampu memberikan kesan yang ramah lingkungan sebagai cerminan kesadaran lingkungan yang berkembang di kalangan masyarakat sekarang ini.
Perencanaan dan pembangunan sebuah fasilitas agrowisata yang memadukan antara pembelajaran, edukatif, rekreatif dan kreatif dengan penyediaan fasilitas yang lengkap dan ramahlingkungan diharapkan mampu menjawab tuntutan kemajuan perkembangan kelestarian sumberdaya alam Kota Batu dan Jawa Timur sekarang ini pada khususnya.
ENGLISH:
Revitalization of Ecotourism & Mushroom Cultivation is one of tourist attractions which denoted to be the Agro-Tourism commodities in Sumber Brantas, Bumiaji Batu. Yet, the background of the plan is dealing with the potential for ecotourism in the Sumber Brantas which had been developed about same commodity but not developed well for its full potential that caused delay for its operations. Besides, there is same design in this area, it also considers about the government programs that has been existed in RDTRK BWK SUB III in Bumiaji Region, Batu, which wanted to use the area as an area of ecotourism industry and tourism in the sub-region of Cangar. Therefore, to raise the potential of ecotourism’s facilities, there had to be balanced with the natural beauty of Cangar Tourism, it would require a form of pilot ecotourism facilities that are expected to provide knowledge for ecotourism by presenting the existing natural beauty around the location, as well as the present atmosphere of the natural beauty Sumber Brantas-plantation society in Bumiaji-
Batu.
In accordance with the objects and themes that exist on these discussed material facilities, the design of the concept is "harmony-balance with nature" through 3 steps of respects: respect site, respect village's life and respect nature and resources with putting the emphasis on the sustainability of natural resources around so the damage of the natural environment can be minimized.
In planning an ecotourism, it should be really carefully planned and being adapted to the demands of today's modern society. Planning an ecotourism which combines learning, educational, recreational and creative as well as giving comfortable and modern facilities, in a unified scope of connected and supported each other that could create a well-mixed and be able to provide comfort for the visitors. In addition, planning an ecotourism structures which considering ecological aspect can support the strength and appearance of the building itself as well as able to give friendly environment impression as a reflection of a growing environmental consciousness among the nowadays people.
