Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pada dasarnya setiap manusia tidak bisa hidup sendiri, setiap individu akan membutuhkan individu lain dalam kehidupan sehari–hari tak terkecuali siswa akselerasi yang dianggap imatur dalam emosi dan sosialnya. Antar individu akan terlibat proses interaksi sosial dalam lingkungannya, baik di rumah, sekolah, tempat kerja dan lain–lain. Jika seorang individu tidak dapat berinteraksi dengan baik maka individu tersebut akan cenderung individualis dan egois sehingga kepekaan dan kepedulian pada lingkungan sekitarnya pun kurang. Agar individu mampu berinteraksi dengan baik maka membutuhkan kecerdasan sosial dan kematangan emosi, karena seseorang tidak hanya dituntut mampu berinteraksi tapi cerdas dalam berinteraksi dan berinteraksi secara positif.
Mengacu pada latar belakang tersebut problematika yang dibahas dan dijawab dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat kematangan emosi, tingkat kecerdasan sosial, tingkat interaksi sosial, pengaruh kematangan emosi dan kecerdasan sosial terhadap interaksi sosial serta seberapa besar pengaruh kematangan emosi dan kecerdasan sosial terhadap interaksi sosial siswa akselerasi.
Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS 20 for windows. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi akselerasi MAN 2 Madiun sebanyak 38 orang. Dari hasil analisa data kematangan emosi (X1) dan kecerdasan sosial (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap interaksi sosial (Y) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05) dan secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi interaksi sosial sebesar 61%. Tingat kematangan emosi, kecerdasan sosial dan interaksi sosial siswa akselerasi berada pada taraf sedang. Kematangan emosi berpengaruh pada interaksi sosial sebesar 58,2% sedangkan kecerdasan sosial mempengaruhi interaksi sosial sebesar 18,3%.
ENGLISH:
Basically, every man cannot live alone. Every individual will need other individuals in everyday life with no exception to student acceleration that is considered immature in the emotional and social. Among individuals will engage the process of social interaction in the environment, whether at homes, schools, workplaces and so fords. If an individual cannot interact properly, the individual will tend to be so individualistic and self-centered that sensitivity and concern for the environment is lacking. In order for individuals to be able to interact well, those are needed to have social intelligence and emotional maturity, because today’s life requires people not only to be able to interact, but also be smart in interaction with positive interaction.
Referring to the background of the study, the problems which are discussed and answered in this research are the level of emotional maturity, social intelligence level, the level of social interaction, the effect of emotional maturity and social intelligence for social interaction as well as how far the influence of the emotional maturity and social intelligence to accelerate students' social interaction.
The design of this study used is quantitative research method with data analysis by multiple linear regressions with the help of a computer program called SPSS 20 for windows. The samples were the student acceleration of MAN 2, Madiun for 38 people. From the data analysis of emotional maturity (X1) and social intelligence (X2) significantly affected the social interaction (Y) with a significance level of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05) and at the same time, affected social interaction by 61%. The degree of emotional maturity, social intelligence and social interaction of students are at moderate acceleration. Emotional maturity affected on social interaction by 58.2%, while social intelligence affected social interaction by 18.3%.
