Abstract
ABSTRACT
This research has main objective that is to know the effect of management planning strategy of human resources for the employees’ performances in sharia counter of Bank Republic of Libya. This research also has secondary objectives those are: to know the effect of planning strategy in human resource recruitment for the employees’ performances in sharia counter of Bank Republic of Libya, and to know the effect of planning strategy in the human resources training for the employees’ performances in sharia counter of Bank Republic of Libya, to know the effect of planning strategy in the rewarding for the employees’ performances in sharia counter of Bank Republic of Libya, to know the effect of planning strategy for employees evaluation for the employees’ performances in sharia counter of Bank Republic of Libya, and to know the effect of planning strategy for the material component and human resources’ services for the employees’ performances in sharia counter of Bank Republic of Libya.
The researcher uses descriptive research method. The research populations are 120 employees of sharia counter in Bank Republic of Libya. The questionnaire has hypothesis and independent variables; those are five factors of planning strategy: planning strategy of recruitment, training, reward, employees’ evaluation, and the component of materials and services. The dependent variable is the employees’ performances.
The result shows that main hypothesis is accepted, where there is an effect and different with the value (h0) that is significant on the planning strategy in the human resource management for the employees’ performances in sharia counter of Bank Republic of Libya. This research also shows that the secondary hypothesis is accepted, where there is an effect and difference that has value (ha) that is significant for the planning strategy in recruitment, training, reward, employees’ evaluation, and components of materials and services of human resources for the employees’ performances in sharia counter of Bank Republic of Libya. Those all are based on the result of statistical testing where the value (h0) is lower than (ha).
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan utama yaitu mengetahui dampak strategi perencanaan pengelolaan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai di gerai syariah di bank republic Libya. Dan juga mempunyai beberapa tujuan sekunder, diantaranya: mengetahui dampak strategi perencanaan dalam hal rekrutmen SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai di gerai syariah di bank republik Libya, dan mengetahui dampak strategi perencanaan dalam hal pelatihan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai di gerai syariah di bank republic Libya, mengetahui dampak strategi perencanaan dalam hal reward terhadap kinerja pegawai di gerai syariah di bank republik Libya, mengetahui dampak strategi perencanaan dalam hal evaluasi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai di gerai syariah di bank republik Libya, mengetahui dampak strategi perencanaan dalam hal komponen materi dan layanan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai di gerai syariah di bank republik Libya.
Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif, sedangkan populasi penelitian terdiri dari beberapa pegawai yang bekerja di gerai syariah di bank republik Libya, jumlah mereka adalah 120 pegawai. Kemudian membuat angket yang berisi hipotesis dan variabel independen, yaitu lima faktor strategi perencanaan; strategi perencanaan dalam rekrutmen, pelatihan, reward, evaluasi pegawai dan komponen materi dan layanan. Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja pegawai.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hipotesis utama diterima, dimana terdapat dampak dan perbedaan dengan nilai (h0) yang signifikan pada strategi perencanaan dalam pengelolaan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai di gerai syariah di bank republik Libya. Dan penelitian ini juga menunjukkan hipotesis sekunder diterima, dimana terdapat dampak dan perbedaan yang mempunyai nilai (ha) yang signifikansi pada strategi perencanaan dalam hal rekrutmen, pelatihan, reward, evaluasi pegawai, komponen materi dan layanan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai di gerai syariah di bank republik Libya. Hal itu semua berdasarkan dari hasil uji statistik, dimana nilai(h0) lebih kecil dari (ha).
