Abstract
INDONESIA:
Salah satu isu penting dalam penyelenggaraaan pendidikan di Indonesia adalah peningkatan mutu khususunya pendidikan yang berbasis pesantren. Pendidikan berbasis pesantren merupakan pendidikan yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai dan tradisi kepesantrenan. SMA An-Nur 2 Bululawang pada awal berdirinya tidak begitu dikenal masyarakat, bahkan pada awal kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sekarang setidaknya terdapat 7 anak yang tidak lulus Ujian Nasional (UN). Namun dengan semangat perubahan, secara perlahan pengelolaan sekolah mengalami pergeseran dari manajemen tradisional menjadi manajemen modern yang berorientasi pada mutu. Sehingga mengantarkan SMA An-Nur 2 mencapai angka kelulusan UN dengan persentase 100% dan menjadi juara umum O2SN SMA Swasta Se-Kabupaten Malang tahun 2016.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap manajemen mutu pendidikan berbasis pesantren di SMA An-Nur 2, dengan sub fokus mencakup: (1) perencanaan manajemen mutu, (2) implementasi manajemen mutu, (3) implikasi manajemen mutu pendidikan berbasis pesantren di SMA An-Nur 2 Bululawang Kabupaten Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriftif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, interpretasi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan cara teknik triangulasi antar sumber, member check, teknik diskusi, analisis kasus negatif dan perpanjangan waktu penelitian.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan mutu pendidikan berbasis pesantren dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu: pengumpulan data, analisis data, perumusan mutu berdasarkan delapan standar nasioanal pendidikan (SNP) dan memperhatikan keinginan stakeholder. Nilai-nilai yang ditemukan dalam proses perencanaan mutu pendidikan berbasis pesantren adalah: Keterbukaan (Al-Maftuhah), (Tabayyun), intropeksi (Muhasabah), menghindari angan-angan kosong (Thulul Amal), keseimbangan (tawazun), amanah, saling mengingatkan (Al-Dzikra), kesetaraan (al-Musawah ) dan ketawakkalan; (2) Implementasi manajemen mutu pendidikan berbasis pesantren meliputi: program unggulan (pembentukan kelas idaman), program harian (apel pagi, absensi perjam), program mingguan (native speaker, kontrol kehadiran bulanan, kursus intensif bahasa Arab dan Inggris, work shop, musyawarah guru, dan istighosah dan pengajian guru), program semesteran (lomba antar kelas dan wisata religi). Nilai-nilai yang ditemukan dalam implementasi manajemen mutu pendidikan berbasis pesantren adalah: Keadilan (Al-‘Adalah), kondusivitas (Al-Ithmi’nan), Efektif dan efisien , keteladanan (Al-Uswah Al-Hasanah), Pembiasaan berbuat baik, kebebasan (Al-Hurriyyah), tolong menolong (Ta’awun); (3) Implikasi manajemen mutu pendidikan berbasis pesantren adalah; Peningkatan Output dan Outcome, terbentuknya konsensus terhadap peningkatan mutu, pengadaan sarana prasarana lebih cepat, kedisiplinan guru meningkat, terbenutknya hubungan kekeluargaan, semangat untuk melakukan inovasi dan improvisasi, kepercayaan masyarakat meningkat, posisi pesantren dan tradisi kepesantrenan semakin kuat, siswa tidak membedakan guru, loyalitas guru semakin tinggi.
ENGLISH:
One of the important issues in the implementation of education in Indonesia is the improvement of the quality especially Education based Islamic Boarding School. Education based Islamic Boarding school that upholds the values and traditions of Islamic Boarding school.SMA An-Nur 2 Bululawang at the beginning of the establishment is not so well known to the public, even at the beginning of the leadership of the headmaster now there are at least 7 children who do not pass the National Examination (UN). But with the spirit of change, the school management slowly the management of school shifted from traditional management to a modern management oriented by quality. So delivering SMA An-Nur 2 reached the number of graduation UN with percentage of 100% and became the overall champion O2SN Private High School in the Regency of Malang in year 2016.
This research is aimed to reveal the quality management of Education based Islamic Boarding in SMA An-Nur 2, with sub-focus covering: (1) quality management planning, (2) implementation of quality management, (3) implication of Education quality management based islamic boarding school in SMA An-Nur 2 Bululawang Regency of Malang.
This research used a qualitative descriptive approach with case study design. The data collection was done by interview, observation and documentation. The techniques of data analysis include data reduction, data display, data interpretation, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion, checking the validity of the finding is done by triangulation techniques between sources, member checks, discussion techniques, negative case analysis and extension of research.
The results of this study indicate: (1) Planning of the Education quality based of boarding school was done through several stages: The data collection, the data analysis, the quality formulation based on eight National Education Standards (SNP) and pay attention at stakeholder of wishes. The values found in the process of education quality based on Islamic boarding school planning are: Openness (Al-Maftuhah), (Tabayyun), introspection (Muhasabah), avoiding empty wishes (Thulul Amal), balance (tawazun), amanah, Al-Dzikra), equality (al-Musawah) and (tawakkal); (2) Implementation of Education quality management based Islamic boarding School includes: superior program (ideal grade formation), daily program (ceremony, hourly absence), weekly program (native speaker, monthly attendance control, intensive English and Arabic course, work shop, deliberation of teachers, and istighosah and learnig of teachers), semester program (inter-class competitions and religious tourism). The values found in the implementation of pesantren-based education quality management are: Justice (Al-'Adalah), kondusivitas (Al-Ithmi'nan), Effective and efficient, exemplary (Al-Uswah Al-Hasanah), Good practice, freedom (Al-Hurriyyah), please help (Ta'awun); (3) Implementation of Education quality management based Islamic boarding School are; Increased Output and Outcome, the formation of consensus on the improvement of quality, the procurement of infrastructure facilities faster, discipline of teachers is increased, formed kinship relationship, the spirit to innovate and improvisation, public confidence increased, position and tradition of islamic boarding school are the most strong, students do not distinguish teachers, the loyality of teachers is getting higher.
