Abstract
INDONESIA:
Sampai saat ini pesantren masih menjadi alternatif pilihan bagi masyarakat muslim dalam memilih pendidikan agama yang terintregasi bagi putra putrinya. Untuk itu pesantren dituntut agar lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam mengembangkan kurikulum pendidikannya sehingga memiliki daya tarik yang cukup kuat dan dapat bersaing dengan jenis pendidikan lainnya. Kurikulum memegang peran penting dalam pendidikan karena berkaitan dengan penentuan arah, isi dan proses pendidikan yang pada akhirnya menentukan kualifikasi lulusan. Pondok pesantren Darussalam merupakan lembaga pendidikan keagamaan yang terus berupaya mengembangkan pendidikan dan kurikulumnya, pesantren ini didirikan oleh K.H Mukhtar Syafaat Abdul Ghofur pada tahun 1951 yang pada awalnya hanya berkonsentrasi pada tafaqquh fiddin, namun kemudian berkembang hingga memiliki lembaga pendidikan tinggi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) Konsep pengembangan kurikulum yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Banyuwangi; (2) Model pengembangan kurikulum di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan field research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau menarik kesimpulan. Teknik pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui trianggulasi data.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Konsep pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam menggunakan pendekatan diferensiasi dan diklasifikasikan dalam tiga kelompok yakni: (a) ma’hadiyah dengan subyek akademik berbasis kitab kuning dan sosial kemasyarakatan; (b) pendidikan formal menekankan pendidikan terintregasi antara umum dan agama; dan (c) pendidikan diniyah yang bersifat semi-formal yang berbasis penguasaan kitab-kitab salaf dan ilmu alatnya. (2) Model Pengembangan kurikulum di pondok Pesantren Darussalam adalah Model Beauchamp yaitu dengan menetapkan arena atau ruang lingkup wilayah yang dicakup oleh kurikulum, menetapkan personalia yang akan terlibat dalam pengembangan kurikulum tersebut.

Pesantren is still an alternative choice for the community in choosing educational institutions for their children. For that reason, pesantren demanded to be more creative and innovative in developing the curriculum so that education has a strong enough appeal and can compete with other types of education. The curriculum plays an important role in education as it relates to the determination of the direction, content and process of education that ultimately determines the kind and qualifications of graduates of an educational institution. Darussalam Islamic boarding School is a religious education institution that continues to develop its education and curriculum, this pesantren was founded by K.H Mukhtar Syafaat Abdul Ghofur in 1951 which initially concentrated only on tafaqquh fiddin, but later developed to have higher education institutions.
This study aims to analyze : (1) The concept of curriculum development of education applied in Darussalam Islamic boarding school Banyuwangi; (2) Education curriculum development model used in Darussalam Islamic boarding school Banyuwangi. This study is field research using descriptive method, with qualitative data approach. Data collection was done by observation, interview, and documentation. The data is analyzed by data reduction stage, data presentation, and the last is verification or drawing conclusion.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) The concept of developing the education curriculum at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam uses a differentiation approach and is classified into three groups: (a) ma'hadiyah with salaf books and social-based academic subjects; (B) formal education emphasizes integrating education between formal and religious matters; and (c) diniyah semi-formal education based on the mastery of the salaf's books and the sciences. (2) The curriculum development model used by Darussalam Islamic Boarding School is the Beauchamp model by defining the arena or scope of territory covered by the curriculum, establishing the participant involved in the development of the curriculum. The suggestions that can be submitted are: (1) Darussalam Islamic Boarding School should continue to develop curriculum especially related to making a better syllaby especially in its ma'hadiyah education curriculum. (2) Continue to preserve and even further enhance the study of the books of the salaf. (3) Developing learning methods such as discussion and procurement of seminars.
