Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kecerdasan spiritual memiliki peran yang utama dalam menentukan kecerdasan yang lainnya. Mengembangkan spiritual sejak dini mampu mempengaruhi batin, jiwa, mental dan pikiran anak yang akan berpengaruh pada tingkah lakunya sehari-hari. Anak-anak yang tidak memiliki kecerdasan spiritual mudah terjangkit krisis dan penyakit spiritual. Pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual dapat dilakukan melalui sekolah dengan sistem full day school yang merupakan bentuk alternatif dalam upaya memperbaiki manajemen pendidikan, dan juga merupakan tuntutan kebutuhan masyarakat yang menghendaki anak agar dapat belajar dengan baik di sekolah dengan waktu belajar lebih lama. sehingga akan sangat membantu guru dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual siswa melalui sistem full day school di MI Unggulan Sabilillah dan SDIT Cendikia Lamongan, dengan sub fokus mencakup (1) Strategi pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual melalui sistem full day school, (2) Model pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual melalui sistem full day school, (3) Implikasi Strategi dan model dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual melalui sistem full day school.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus dengan rancangan multikasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap situs individu dan lintas kasus serta menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang mencakup empat komponen yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Strategi pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik melalui intergrasi kurikulum pada KBM yang meliputi pemberian tugas, pengasuhan, persaudaraan, kepemimpinan, kreatifitas, melibatkan anak dalam beribadah, fun learning activity, outbound, home visit dan bakti sosial, serta belajar melalui kisah. (2) Model pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik melalui model pendidikan diantaranya cinta dan kasih sayang, percaya diri, cerdas, adil, mandiri, jujur, perhatian, dermawan, sabar dan bersyukur, kebersihan, pendampingan, bina kelas atau literasi dan komitmen. (3) Implikasi strategi dan model dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik melalui sistem full day school sebagai wahana kondusif untuk menimba ilmu umum dan agama, serta terlihat dari perilaku siswa yang nampak, setidaknya telah memenuhi karakteristik pada kecerdasan spiritual yakni religius, rasa ingin tahu tinggi, mandiri, dermawan, jujur, anti kekerasan, mencintai sesama, ramah, bertanggungjawab, kreatif, sabar dan selalu bersyukur

Spiritual intelligence plays a key role in determining other intelligences. Developing children’s spiritual intelligence as early as possible will be able to influence their soul, spirit, mental, and thought, which in turn leads to their everyday behavior. Those who have no spiritual intelligence are prone to spiritual crises and illnesses. Its development can be done using full day school system as an alternative to improve educational management and an answer to social demands which want the students to have a suitable learning and a longer time at school. Therefore, it will help teachers to develop their students’ spiritual intelligence. The study aims to describe and analyze students’ spiritual intelligence development using full day school system in MI Unggulan Sabilillah and SDIT Cendikia Lamongan, including (1) The strategy of students’ spiritual intelligence development using full day school system, (2) The model of students’ spiritual intelligence development using full day school system, (3) The implication of the strategy and model in developing spiritual intelligence using full day school system.
The study employs a qualitative approach and multi case design. The data collection includes interview, documentation, and observation. The data analysis technique consists of individual site and cross site. It employs an interactive analysis model including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result shows that: (1) The strategy of students’ spiritual intelligence development using curricula integration on learning activities includes assignment, parenting, brotherhood, leadership, creativity, student involvement in worship activity, fun learning activity, outbound, home visit and social work, and learning through stories. (2) The model of students’ spiritual intelligence development using educational model such as love and affection, self-confident, smart, fair, independent, honest, care, generous, patient and grateful, cleanliness, mentoring, literation, and commitment. (3) The implication of the strategy and model in developing spiritual intelligence using full day school system as a means to get general and religious knowledge can be seen from students’ behaviors which fulfill the characteristics of spiritual intelligence such as religious, curious, independent, generous, honest, anti-violence, loving, friendly, responsible, creative, honest and grateful.
