Abstract
ABSTRAK
Kondisi dinamika kebudayaan dan karakter bangsa dewasa ini menjadi pandangan yang tajam oleh masyarakat, di lihat dari berbagai masalah pada aspek kehidupan, seperti korupsi, kekerasan, kejahatan seksual, perusakan, perkelahian massa, tawuran, kehidupan ekonomi yang konsumtif, kehidupan politik yang tidak produktif, dan sebagainya yang tertuang dalam berbagai tulisan di media, wawancara, dan dialog di media elektronik. Berbagai alternatif penyelesaian diajukan seperti melalui peraturan, undang-undang dan penerapan hukum yang lebih kuat. Pendidikan dianggap sebagai alternatif yang dapat mengembangkan kualitas generasi muda bangsa dalam berbagai aspek, dengan memperkecil dan mengurangi penyebab berbagai masalah budaya dan karakter bangsa. Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor merupakan lembaga swasta yang terdapat di Ponorogo, mendidik para santrinya dalam berbagai bidang pendidikan yang tertuang dalam visi dan misi pondok melalui ustadz sebagai figur utama terbentuknya karakter santri dan masjid sebagai kajian keilmuan.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1)Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana desain budaya religius dalam kepramukaan di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. (2)Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pelaksanaan dalam menciptakan budaya religius yang dilaksanakan dalam kepramukaan di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. (3)Untuk mendeskripsikan karakter apa saja yang bisa terbentuk melalui penciptaan budaya religius dalam kepramukaan di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. penulis menggunakan penelitian Deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data-data, peneliti menggunakan tiga metode, yaitu: Interview, Observasi dan Dokumentasi. Adapun untuk menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan teori Miles dan Hubarman yaitu dengan data reduction, yang berarti peneliti merangkum, memilih hal-hal yang pokok, memfokuskan pada hal-hal yang penting berdasarkan polanya. Data display (penyajian data) yaitu dengan uraian-uraian singkat dan conclusion drawing/verification yaitu pengambilan kesimpulan dari data yang terkumpul.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1). desain budaya religius dalam kepramukaan di Darussalam Islamic Boarding School melalui berbagai tahap, diantaranya adalah: (a) Perencanaan (plaining), (b) Pelaksanaan, (c) Monitoring Controlling, (d) Evaluasi, 2).Pelaksanaan budaya religius dalam kepramukaan di Darussalam Islamic Boarding School dilakukan dengan memberikan penugasan, amanah, tanggung jawab kepada pengurus koordinator dan dengan kegiatan kegiatan yang kepada seluruh santri penggalang dan penegak. Salah satu kegiatan yang di lakukan antara lain : (LP3) Lomba Perkemahan Penggalang dan Penegak, Latihan Rutin Hari kamis, Kumpul Wajib Hari Rabu, Pembuatan pioneering, (Perkajum) Perkemahan Kamis – Jumat , (LT) Lomba Tingkat Antar Gugus Depan, (KMD) Kursus Pembina Mahir Tingkat Dasar, Pergantian Kepengurusan, AMSUS (Ambalan Khusus kelas 3X4 KMI), (KML) Kursus Pembina Mahir Tingkat Lanjutan. 3). Karakter yang terbentuk melalui penciptaan budaya religius dalam kepramukaan di Darussalam Islamic Boarding School dari seluruh rangkaian kegiatan terstruktur yang ada pada gerakan Pramuka, diantaranya adalah: Religius, Jujur, Mandiri ,Toleransi, Disiplin, Kerja Keras, Kreatif, Demokratis, Rasa Ingin Tahu, Semangat Kebangsaan, Cinta Tanah Air, Menghargai Prestasi, Bersahabat/Komunikatif ,Cinta Damai, Gemar Membaca, Peduli Lingkungan, Peduli Sosial, Tanggung Jawab. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian diatas penting kiranya bagi seluruh asatidz untuk memberdayakan serta mendukung semua metode, strategi serta kegiatan dalam upaya menciptakan budaya religius, Agar pendidikan di Darussalam Islamic Boarding School tetap berjalan dengan baik dan konsisten terhadap apa yang menjadi landasan utama visi dan misi Modern Islamic Boarding School
ABSTRACT
Conditions dynamic culture and national character today become an inside edge by the community, in view of the various problems in aspects of life, such as corruption, violence, sex crimes, vandalism, fights mass brawl, the economic life of the consumer, political life is not productive, and so on are contained in the writings in the media, interviews, and dialogue in the electronic media. Various alternatives proposed settlement such as through regulations, laws and stronger law enforcement. Education is considered as an alternative to improve the quality of the nation's youth in various aspects, to minimize and reduce the causes of the problems of culture and national character. Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor is a private institution located in Ponorogo, educate his students in various fields of education set out in the vision and mission of the cottage through the chaplain as a major figure of the character formation of the students and the mosque as a scientific assessment.
The purpose of this study is (1) to describe how the design of religious culture in Scouting at Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School. (2) To describe how the implementation in creating a religious culture held in Scouting at Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School. (3) To describe the character of what can be created through the creation of religious culture in Scouting at Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School. the author uses descriptive research with qualitative approach. In collecting the data, researchers used three methods: interview, observation and documentation. As for analyzing the data, researchers used the theory Miles and Hubarman ie the data reduction, which means that researchers summarize, choosing the subject matters, focusing on things that are important based on the pattern. Data display (presentation of data) is to brief descriptions and conclusion drawing / verification that conclusions from the data collected.
The results of this research are: 1). design of religious culture in Scouting in Darussalam Islamic Boarding School through various stages, including: (a) Planning (plaining), (b) Implementation, (c) Monitoring Controlling, (d) Evaluation, 2) .Pelaksanaan religious culture in Scouting in Darussalam Islamic Boarding School is done by giving the assignment, trust, responsibility to the board of coordinators and the activities which to all students raiser and enforcement. One of the activities undertaken, among others: (LP3) Competition campsite Penggalang and Enforcement, Exercise Routine On Thursday, Gather Mandatory Wednesday, Manufacture pioneering, (Perkajum) campground Thursday - Friday (LT) Competition Level Inter-Front, (KMD ) Pembina Intermediate Course Basic Level Stewardship Substitution, AMSUS (Special shelves 3X4 class KMI), (KML) Pembina Intermediate Advanced Level courses. 3). Characters are formed through the creation of religious culture in Scouting in Darussalam Islamic Boarding School of the series of structured activities that exist in the Scout movement, which are: Religious, Honest, Independent, Tolerance, Discipline, Work Hard, Creative, Democratic, Curiosity, Excitement nationality, love of country, Rewarding Achievement, Friendly / Communicative, Love Peace, Joy of Reading, Environmental Care, Social Care, Responsibility. Based on the above results it is important for the whole asatidz to empower and support all methods, strategies and activities in an effort to create a culture of religious order for education in Darussalam Islamic Boarding School continues to run well and be consistent to what is the bedrock of the vision and mission of the Modern Islamic Boarding school
