Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian Ini dilatarbelakangi oleh karakter keberanian dan kemandirian merupakan keniscayaan bagi setiap manusia, ada fakta menarik di madrasah secara keseluruhan karakter keberanian dan kemandirian belum sepenuhnya di miliki oleh para siswa, lebih khususnya siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Desa Pesa Kecamatan Wawo, oleh sebab itu peran Kepala Madrasah dan guru sangat di perlukan untuk pembentukan karakter keberanian dan kemandirian sisiwa di madrasah agar dapat ditingkatkan lagi sehingga dapat mendorong pembentukan karakter keberanian dan kemandirian ini yang lebih masif dan terstruktur. Penelitian bertujuan : Pertama Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Strategi Guru Madrasa Ibtidaiyah Desa Pesa Kecamatan Wawo Kabupaten Bima dalam mengembangkan Karakter Keberanian dan Kemandirian Siswa, Kedua Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Strategi guru Pembelajaran dalam Pembentukan karakter keberanian dan kemandirian pada siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Desa Pesa Kecamatan Wawo Kabupaten Bima, Ketiga Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Karakteristik Karakter Keberanian dan Kemandirian Siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Desa Pesa Kecamatan Wawo Kabupaten Bima.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pemaparan informan temuan secara deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi partisipan, wawancara, serta analisis dokumentasi. Serta teknik analisis datanya dengan Pengumpulan Data, Reduksi Data, Display Data Verivikasi dan Penegasan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Strategi Guru Madrasah antara lain mengadakan lomba pidato antar kelas, lomba menghafal surat-surat pendek, lomba adzan, dan lomba memasak antar kelas. Strategi Guru Pembelajaran dalam Pembentukan karakter keberanian dan kemandirian pada siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Desa Pesa Kecamatan Wawo Kabupaten Bima melalaui aktivitas rutin di madrasah antara lain, menyapu di dalam dan luar kelas di madrasah, membersihkan papan tulis sebelum pelajaran di mulai, dan ikut memasak agar bisa masak sendiri. Adapun Karakteristik Karakter Keberanian dan Kemandirian Siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Desa Pesa Kecamatan Wawo Kabupaten Bima antara antara lain berani tampil menghafal juz amma depan kelas,berani berpidato didepan teman-teman dan guru, kemandirianya bisa masak sendiri di madrasah dan di rumah.
ENGLISH:
This research is motivated by the character of courage and independence is a necessity for every human being, There is an interesting fact in the MI as a whole the character of courage and independence is not fully owned by the students, More especially students in Islamic Elementery School in Pesa Village District Wawo, Because the role of headmaster Principals and teachers is needed to establish the character of courage and self-reliance in the MI in order to be improved again so as to encourage the formation of this character of courage and independence is more massive and structured. The purpose of this research were: The first describe and analyze the policies of Headmaster at MI Pesa Wawo in developing the character of courage and students’ self-sufficiency, The second describe and analyze the process of character building courage andstudents’self-sufficiency, The third describe and analyze characteristic of courage character and student self-sufficiency.
This research conducted a qualitative approach with the technique of exposure informant finder descriptive. The data collection techniques in this research were participant observation, interview, and documentation analysis. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques were data collection, data reduction, display data verification and deep conclusions. The results of this study concluded that the policy of the headmaster of MI Pesa wawo to encourage students’ independence witch held competitions, namely, speech contest, memorize short surah in Quran, Adzan contest, and cooking contest in the school. The process of character formation of courage and independence in students through some daily activities such as, sweep In and out of the classroom, clean up the blackboard before the lesson begin, and learn to cook in order to make students can be able to cook for their self at the school and at their own home, and can be able to memorized Juz Amma in front of the their friends and the teachers.
