Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kurikulum merupakan bagian yang sangat dasar dan prinsip dalam area pembelajaran. Dengan adanya kurikulum, maka pembelajaran akan ada arah dan tujuan yang akan dicapai. Apabila kurikulum tidak ada, maka dapat dipastikan arah dan tujuan suatu pembelajaran tidak berujung. Kurikulum 2013 mengembangkan pengalaman belajar yang memberikan kesempatan luas bagi peserta didik untuk menguasai kompetensi yang diperlukan bagi kehidupan masa kini dan masa depan. Apabila kurikulumnya didesain dengan baik, modelatis, komprehensif, dan integral dengan semua kebutuhan pengembangan dan pembelajaran peserta didik untuk mempersiapkan dirinya dalam menghadapi kehidupannya di masa datang, maka tujuan yang diharapkan tentu akan terwujud.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk : (1) mengetahui model pembelajaran IPS tepadu kelas VII perspkif kurikulum 2013 di MTsN Pandaan (2) Untuk mengetahui kendala dalam pelakasanaan pembelajaran IPS terpadu kelas VII perspektif kurikulum 2013 di MTsN Pandaan (3) Untuk mengetahui solusi dalam pelakasanaan pembelajaran IPS terpadu kelas VII perspektif kurikulum 2013 di MTsN Pandaan.
Untuk mencapai tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pendekatan deskriptif adalah pendekatan yang dipakai dalam penelitian untuk memahami fenomena yang ada atau yang dialami subyek penelitian, misalnya perilaku, presepsi, motivasi, tindakan, dan lain-lain secara holistik. Dengan cara deskriptif dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa pada suatu konteks khusus yang alamiyah dan dengan memanfaatkan metode ilmiah.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang diperoleh, bisa disimpulkan : Implementasi pembelajaran IPS kurikulum 2013 di MtsN Pandaan berjalan belum maksimal dimana pendekatan scientifik yang seharusnya berfokus pada pengembangan peserta didik agar peserta didik mengembangkan potensinya, justru peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam mengembangkan ide/gagasannya, akibatnya peran guru masih sangat dibutuhkan aktif menyampaikan pembelajaran. Problematika guru IPS dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013 di MtsN Pandaan yaitu guru mengalami kesulitan dalam pembuatan RPP berdasarkan pendekatan tematik-integratif. Study guru yang masih spesialisasi menyebabkan guru kurang memahami keseluruhan materi, faktor sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai dan faktor siswa yang kesulitan dalam mengembangkan gagasannya juga menghambat proses pembelajaran IPS.

Curriculum is the most basic and principle part in the learning area. By curriculum, there will be direction of learning and goals to achieve. If the curriculum does not exist, it can be ascertained that the direction and purpose of a learning is pointless. The 2013 curriculum develops a learning experience that provides students with extensive opportunities to master the competencies necessary for the present and future life. If the curriculum is designed well, exemplary, comprehensive, and integral to all development and learning needs of learners in preparing themselves to face the future life, then the expected goal will be realized.
The purpose of this study was to: (1) determine the learning model of Integrated Social Sciences of class VII in the perspective of curriculum, 2013 in MTsN Pandaan (2) know the obstacles in the implementation of the learning of Integrated Social Studies of class VII in the perspective of 2013 curriculum in MTsN Pandaan (3) find a solution in the implementation of learning of Integrated Social Studies of class VII in the perspective of 2013 curriculum in MTsN Pandaan.
To achieve this, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research method. Descriptive approach was the approach used in research to understand the phenomenon that existed or experienced by the research subjects, such as behavior, perception, motivation, action, and others holistically. By descriptive it meant in the form of words and languages in a specific context that was natural and utilizing the scientific method.
Based on the results of research and analysis of the data obtained, we could conclude: The implementation of learning of social studies 2013 curriculum in MTsN Pandaan had not yet run maximally in which the scientific approach should focus on the development of learners so that the learners could develop their potential, instead the students were having difficulty in developing their ideas / thoughts, consequently the role of the teacher was still needed to actively deliver the learning. The problem of Social Sciences teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum in MtsN Pandaan was that teachers had difficulty in making RPP based on thematic-integrative approach. The specialized teachers’ study still led the teachers to lack in understanding the overall material, the factors of inadequate facilities and infrastructure and the factor of students who had difficulty in developing their ideas also impeded the learning process of Social Sciences.
