Abstract
INDONESIA:
Strategi pembelajaran merupakan rencana tindakan (rangkaian kegiatan) termasuk pengguna metode dan pemanfaatan berbagai sumber daya atau kekuatan dalam pembelajaran yang disusun untuk mencapai tujuan tetentu, yakni tujuan pembelajaran. Peran guru sangat diperlukan dalam pendidikan, terutama peran guru sebagai pendidik, pembimbing, pengajar dan fasilitator. Karena dari keempat komponen itu sangat menentukan keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran. untuk mencapai tujuna motivasi belajar diperlukan strategi. Dalam strategi itu ada yang namanya proses, metode dan hasil. Ketiga itu suatu komponen yang tidak dapat di pisahkan.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) menjelaskan proses guru ekonomi dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SMAN Tulakan Pacitan, (2) menjelaskan metode guru ekonomi dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SMAN Tulakan Pacitan, (3) menjelaskan hasil peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa SMAN Tulakan Pacitan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif diskriptif, dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data mengunakan, reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Dalam pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan, perpanjangan pengamatan, ketekunan pengamatan, dan triangulasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) proses guru ekonomi dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMAN Tulakan Pacitan ada tiga tahap, yang meliputi, tahap pendahuluan adalah, menjelaskan tujuan belajar pada siswa, ciptakan suasana kelas yang kondusif, kenali minat siswa-siswa anda. Tahap inti adalah, gunakan sumber dan media belajar yang bervariasi, memberi perhatian, jadiakan siswa peserta aktif, kompetisi, menggunakan metode yang bervariasi, dan pemberian penghargaan untuk memotivasi. Tahap akhir adalah, memberi pesan, dan berikan tugas secara proposional, (2) metode guru ekonomi dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMAN Tulakan Pacitan adalah menggunkan metode ceramah, penugasan dan diskusi, (3) hasil peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa di SMAN Tulakan Pacitan meliputi: Antusias belajar siswa dan penilaian belajar siswa. (4) Strategi guru ekonomi dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SMAN Tulakan Pacitan meliputi: strategi langsung atau ekplositori, tidak langsung atau inquiri dan interaktif atau aktif.

Learning strategy is a plan of action (sequence of activities) including the user of the method and the utilization of various resources or strengths in the learning is arranged to achieve a certain goal, namely learning purposes. The role of teachers is needed in education, especially the role of teachers as educators, mentors, teachers and facilitators. Because of the four components, those are very decisive success in learning. It needs the strategy to achieve learning motivation objectives. In the strategy, there are process, method and result. Each of them is a component that can not be separated.
The objectives of this research are: (1) to explain the process of economics teachers in improving student learning motivation of SMAN Tulakan Pacitan, (2) to explain the method of economics teachers in improving student learning motivation of SMAN Tulakan Pacitan, (3) to explain the result of improvement of student learning motivation of SMAN Tulakan Pacitan.
This research uses descriptive qualitative approach, and data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques, the researcher uses data reduction, data presentation, and getting conclusions. In checking the validity of data, the researcher uses extension of observation, the persistence of observation, and triangulation.
The result of the research shows that (1) the process of economics teachers in improving student's learning motivation at SMAN Tulakan Pacitan has three stages. Those stages are preliminary, core, and final stage. The actions of preliminary stage are explaining learning purposes to the students, creating conducive class atmosphere, and recognizing interest of the students. Secondly, the actions of core stage are using various sources and learning media, paying attention, making students become active participants, competition, using various methods, and giving reward for motivation. Then, the actions of final stage are giving the messages and giving the assignments proportionally; (2) the method of economic teachers in improving students' learning motivation in SMAN Tulakan Pacitan is using lecture, assignment and discussion method; (3) the results of increasing student learning motivation at SMAN Tulakan Pacitan are student learning enthusiasm and student learning assessment. (4) The Economic teacher strategies in improving students' learning motivation SMAN Tulakan Pacitan include: direct or explosive strategies, indirect or inquiri and interactive or active.
