Abstract
INDONESIA:
Disiplin merupakan suatu kondisi yang tercipta dan terbentuk melalui proses dari serangkaian perilaku yang menunjukkan nilai-nilai ketaatan, kepatuhan, kesetiaan, keteraturan dan ketertiban. Salah satu fakto utama yang mempengaruhi sikap disiplin siswa adalah peran layanan bimbingan dan konseling.
Bimbingan dan konseling merupakan pelayanan bantuan untuk peserta didik, baik secara perorangan maupun kelompok, agar mampu mandiri dan berkembang secara optimal, dalam bidang pengembangan kehidupa npribadi, kehidupan sosial, kemampuanbelajar, danperencanaankarier, melalui berbagai jenis layanan dan kegiatan pendukung berdasarkan norma-norma yang berlaku. Di MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang juga menerapkan layanan bimbingan dan konseling kepada siswa. Dengan adanya layanan bimbingan dan konseling diharapkan siswa dapat merubah perilaku siswa, seperti dalam hal kedisiplinan.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) menjelaskan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang, (2) menjelaskan kedisiplinan siswa di MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang, (3) untuk menjelaskan dan mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan dan konseling terhadap kedisiplinan siswa di MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang.
Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan angket, pedoman wawancara dan pedoman observasi/dokumentasi
Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan regresi linier sederhana, memaparkan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa(1) Faktor layanan bimbingan dan konseling (X) dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa di MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang memiliki tingkat layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang tinggi dengan prosentase 69%. (2) Faktor kedisiplinan siswa (Y) dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kedisiplinan siswa di MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang tergolong tinggi dengan prosentase 62%.(3) Uji hipotesis secara parsial memperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 2,231 sedangkan nilai t tabel adalah2,02. Artinya nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel. (2,231>2,02).
Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan dan konseling mempengaruhi tingkat kedisiplinan siswa di MA Muhammadiayah 1 Malang.

Discipline is a condition which is created and formed through the process of a series of behaviors that show the values of compliance, obedience, loyalty, order and orderliness. One of the main factors that affect students' disciplinary attitudes is the role of counseling and guidance services. Counseling and guidance is a service of support for students, both individually and in groups, in order to be able to be independent and develop optimally, in the area of development of personal life, social life, learning ability, and career planning, through various kinds of services and supportive activities based on the applicable norms. In MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang it is also applied guidance and counseling services to students. By the guidance and counseling services, it is expected that students can change students’ behavior, such as in terms of discipline.
The purpose of this research was to (1) explain guidance and counseling service in MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang, (2) explain students’ discipline in MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang, (3) know the influence of guidance and counseling services to students’ discipline in MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang.
This research used quantitative research approach with descriptive quantitative research type. Data collection techniques used was questionnaires, interviews and observations. The data in this study was analyzed by simple linear regression, presenting the data and drawing conclusions.
The results of this study indicated that (1) the guidance and counseling service (X) of the research results showed that students in MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang had high level of guidance and counseling service with percentage of 69%. (2) Factor of students’ discipline (Y) from the research result indicated that students’ discipline level in MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang was high with percentage of 62%. (3) Partial hypothesis test got the value of t statistic equal to 2.231 while t table value was 2.02.
This meant that the value of t statistic was greater than the t table. (2,231> 2.02). Based on these results, we concluded that guidance and counseling services affected the level of discipline of students in MA Muhammadiayah 1 Malang.
