Industri rumah tangga merupakan industri pokok mayoritas masyarakat di desa Bungah, Kabupaten Gresik. Meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan barang pakai dan kebutuhan hidup seiring berkembangnya teknologi memunculkan kebutuhan aktivitas dan tempat yang memadai untuk keberadaan industri. Pemenuhan kebutuhan produksi industri dalam satu tempat yang terpusat sehingga hasil produksi dapat dimaksimalkan karena bahan baku serta limbah berada dalam satu pengolahan yang pada dasarnya dapat meminimalisir pencemaran sesuai dengan prinsip tema Arsitektur Berkelanjutan.

Household industry as the majority industry in Bungah country, Gresik regency. Increased public demand for goods and the needs of life as the development of technology raises the need for activities and places adequate for the existence of the industry. Fulfilling the needs of industrial production in one centralized place so that the production can be maximized because the raw materials and waste are in one processing which basically can minimize pollution in accordance with the principles of the theme of Sustainable Architecture.
