Abstract
INDONESIA:
Transfer pricing seringkali diartikan sebagai upaya untuk memperkecil pajak dengan cara menggeser harga atau laba antar-perusahaan dalam satu grup, hipotesis debt covenant, yang menyatakan bahwa semakin dekat suatu perusahaan ke pelanggaran perjanjian hutang, manajer memiliki kecenderungan untuk memilih prosedur akuntansi yang dapat memindahkan laba periode mendatang ke periode berjalan, komite audit merupakan bagian dari good corporate governance, perusahaan yang menerapkan good corporate governance cenderung tidak akan memanipulasi laba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pajak, debt covenant, dan komite audit terhadap transaksi transfer pricing pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014-2015 yang berjumlah 62 perusahaan dengan metode purposive sampling. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat digunakan analisis regresi logistik dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic 24.0 dan Microsoft Excel 2016.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pajak dan debt covenant berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan transfer pricing. sementara komite audit tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan transfer pricing. koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,420. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa 42% transfer pricing dipengaruhi oleh variabel pajak, debt covenant dan komite audit. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar pajak, debt covenant, dan komite audit.

Transfer pricing is often interpreted as an attempt to minimize taxes by way of shifting prices or profits between companies in one group, debt covenant hypothesis, which States that the closer a company to breach debt covenants, managers have a tendency to choose accounting procedures that can move the upcoming period to the profit period runs, the audit committee is a part of good corporate governance, the company implements good corporate governance will tend not to manipulate earnings. This study aimed to examine the influence of taxes, debt covenant, and audit committee on indication of transfer pricing transactions on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx).
This study uses a quantitative methods. The sample used on this study is manufacturing company listed in IDX for years 2014-2015 totalling 62 companies with purposive sampling method. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable used binary logistic regression using IBM SPSS Statistic 24.0 and Microsoft Excel 2016.
The result of this study shows that tax and debt covenant have significantly effect on transfer pricing. Audit Committee is not significant to transfer pricing. The determination coefficient is 0,420. This result show that 42% transfer pricing is affected by tax, debt covenant and good corporate governance. While the rest is explained by other variable that means many other variables in outside of tax, debt covenant and audit committee that can explain transfer pricing.
