Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kompetensi kepribadian merupakan modal dasar bagi guru, khususnya dalam perilaku sehari-hari. Kompetensi kepribadan seorang guru sangat berpengaruh terhadap proses belajar mengajar, karena guru akan menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan bagi para siswa seperti kedekatan baik secara lahir maupun batin, yang semua itu memunculkan semangat untuk belajar. Jadi kompetensi kepribadian guru sangat berpengaruh terhadap semangat belajar siswa yang menunjang pula prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran yang bersangkutan. Tanpa adanya kompetensi kepribadian guru, kecil kemungkinan siswa untuk memperoleh prestasi belajar yang baik
Berdasarkan uraian di atas, maka secara umum masalah yang dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa madrasah ibtidaiyah raden patah madiredo pujon malang. Terkait dengan hal tersebut akan dibahas tentang bagaimana tingkat kompetensi kepribadian guru di MI Raden Patah Madiredo Pujon Malang, dan bagaimana motivasi belajar siswa di MI Raden Patah Madiredo Pujon Malang, serta apakan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi kepribadian guru dengan motivasi belajar siswa di MI Raden Patah Madiredo Pujon Malang.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik-teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: 1) observasi; 2) dokumentasi; 3) kuisioner atau angket.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru di MI Raden Patah Madiredo Pujon Malang termasuk ke dalam kategori kurang dengan prosentase 40% atau sejumlah 6 guru. Sedangkan motivasi belajar siswa di MI Raden Patah Madiredo Pujon malang berada dalam kategori sedang dengan prosentase 61% atau sejumlah 44 siswa.
Selanjutnya setelah dilakukan analisis data, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa MI Raden Patah Madiredo Pujon Malang. Hal ini berdasarkan pada hasil analisis data yang menghasilkan thitung sebesar 2,369 sedangkan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,988. Dan diperoleh hasil thitung (2,369) > ttabel (1,988). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raden Patah Pujon Malang.

Personality Competence is the basis for teachers, especially in everyday behavior. Competence of a teacher's personality affects the learning process, because teachers will create a fun atmosphere for the students such as proximity both physically and spiritually, all of which bring a passion for learning. So the competence of the teacher's personality affects the learning spirit of students that supports learning achievements of students in the subjects concerned. Without the personal competence of teachers, students are likely to obtain good learning performance
Based on explanation above, the statements of the problems are, the influence of Teacher Personality Competence toward students' learning motivation at Islamic Elementary School Raden Patah Madiredo Pujon Malang. Related to that will be discussed about how is the level of competence of the teacher's personality at Islamic Elementary School Raden Patah Madiredo Pujon Malang, and how is the students learning motivation at Islamic Elementary School Raden Patah Madiredo Pujon Malang, and is there any significant influence between teacher personality competence with students learning motivation at Islamic Elementary School Raden Patah Madiredo Pujon Malang.
This research is a field research that using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used : 1) observation; 2) documentation; 3) questionnaire or questionnaires.
Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the competence of the teacher's personality at Islamic Elementary School Raden Patah Madiredo Pujon Malang belongs to the less category with a percentage of 40% or a 6 teachers. While the students learning motivation at Islamic Elementary School Raden Patah Madiredo Pujon Malang was in the middle category with the percentage of 61% or 44 students.
Furthermore, after analyzing the data, researcher concluded that the competence of the teacher's personality had a positive and significant influence on the students learning motivation at Islamic Elementary School Raden Patah Madiredo Pujon Malang. It was based on the results of data analysis that produced t count equal to 2,369 while the value of t table was 1.988. And the results of t count (2.369)> t table (1,988). It can be concluded that there was an influence of teacher personality competence toward students learning motivation at Islamic Elementary School Raden Patah Madiredo Pujon Malang.
