Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari sistem pelayanan kesehatan Rumah Sakit yang berorientasi kepada pelayanan pasien. Salah satu bentuk pelayanan kefarmasian dirumah sakit adalah pengkajian dan pelayanan resep. Layanan kefarmasian selain menjadi tuntutan profesionalisme juga dapat dilihat sebagai faktor untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan pasien. Pelayanan kefarmasian meliputi sarana prasarana instalasi farmasi, komunikasi informasi dan edukasi (KIE), kecepatan pelayanan obat, serta keramahan petugas instalasi farmasi.
Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan Cross sectional. Peneliti dalam penelitian ini tidak melakukan intervensi atau perlakuan terhadap subjek penelitian tetapi hanya memberikan kuesioner (self administered). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel Non-Probability Sampling dengan cara Consecutive sampling yaitu mencari sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, sampai dipenuhi jumlah sampel yang diperlukan yaitu 402 sampel. Dan metode untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di instalasi farmasi RSUD dr. R. Koesma Kabupaten Tuban menggunakan metode pengolahan data Indeks Kepuaan Masyarkat (IKM) sesuai keputusan menteri pendayagunaan aparatur negara no. 25 tahun 2004.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pasien puas terhadap sarana prasarana, komunikasi informasi dan edukasi (KIE) dan keramahan petugas, namun tidak puas dengan kecepatan pelayanan yang ada di instalasi farmasi RSUD dr. R. Koesma Kabupaten Tuban.
ENGLISH:
Pharmaceutical Services at the Hospital is an integral part of Hospital health service system oriented to patient care. One of the forms of pharmaceutical services in hospitals is assessment and service of prescription. Pharmaceutical services in addition to being a demand of professionalism can also be seen as a factor to evaluate patient satisfaction. Pharmaceutical services include pharmacy installation facilities, communications, information and education (CIE), the speed of services, and friendlinses of the officer.
This research is a descriptive research with Cross sectional approach. Researchers in this study did not intervene or treatment of the subjects of the study but only gave the questionnaire (self administered). This research is a type of quantitative research using the method of Non-Probability Sampling by Consecutive sampling is looking for samples that meet the inclusion criteria, until the required number of samples is 402 samples. And to know patient satisfaction for pharmaceutical services in the Installation Pharmacy RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban used data processing method of Satisfaction Index of Community (SIC) according to the decision of the minister of state apparatus utilization No. 25 of 2004.
The results showed that patients were satisfied with infrastructure, communications, information and education (CIE) and hospitality officers, but not satisfied with the speed of service available in the Installation Pharmacy RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban.
