Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kinerja meruapakan sikap kerja yang dilakukan karyawan selama periode yang telah ditentukan dengan kriteria tertentu yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasikerja karyawan. Salah satu faktor yang melatarbelakangi kinerja yaitu religiusitas dan suasana hati. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh religiustas terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) pengaruh suasana hati (mood) terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) pengaruh religiusitas dan suasana hati (mood) terhadap kinerja karyawan di Ayam Geprak Mak Sunah Madiun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Ayam Geprak Mak Sunah Madiun yang berjumlah 15 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) religiusitas terhadap kinerja diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05) dan R square = 0,639, 2) suasana hati (mood) terhadap kinerja diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,507 (p > 0,05) dan R square = 0,035, 3) religiusitas dan suasana hati (mood) terhadap kinerja diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,002 (p < 0,05) denga R square = 0,648. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa religiusitas dan suasana hati (mood) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Ayam Geprak Mak Sunah Madiun Berdasarkan analisis regresi religiusitas dan suasana hati (mood) memiliki pengaruh sebesar 64,8% terhadap kinerja, dengan perbandingan religiusitas mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 62,1% dan suasana hati (mood) terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,96%.
ENGLISH:
Performance is the work attitude of employees carried out during a predetermined period with certain criteria that can be used as an evaluation of the employees. One of the underlying factors of performance was religiosity and mood. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the influence of religiosity on employees’ performance, 2) the effect of mood to employees’ performance, 3) the influence of religiosity and mood on the performance of employees in Ayam Geprak Mak Sunah Madiun. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The subjects of this study were employees at Ayam Geprak Mak Sunah Madiun as many as 15 people. The results of this study indicated that: 1) religiosity to performance obtained significance value of 0,000 (p < 0.05) and R square = 0,639, 2) mood to performance obtained significance value of 0,507 (p > 0,05) and R Square = 0.035, 3) religiosity and mood on the performance obtained the significance value of 0.002 (p < 0.05) with R square = 0.648. So it could be said that religiosity and mood had a significant influence on the performance of employees of Ayam Geprak Mak Sunah Madiun. Based on the regression analysis, religiosity and mood had an effect of 64.8% to the performance, with the ratio of religiosity affecting the performance was 62.1% and mood to the performance was 0,96%.
