Abstract
ABSTRAK
Dalam pendidikan, penilaian merupakan hal yang penting dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran namun dalam fenomenanya karena seringnya perubahan kurikulum dalam pendidikan guru mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan penilaian. Penilaian harus dilakukan pada aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan, sedangkan fenomena yang terjadi penilaian pada aspek keterampilan masih sulit dilakukan dan dikembangkan oleh guru. Namun, salah satu peran guru yang harus dipenuhi yakni melakukan penilaian pada hasil belajar siswa terutama di sini dalam aspek keterampilan yang masih kurang diterapkan dan dikembangkan dalam penilaian untuk mencapai tujuan dalam pembelajaran.
Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, maka fokus penelitian yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana peran guru IPS dalam merencanakan penilaian aspek keterampilan pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas IXB SMP Wahid Hasyim Malang (2) Bagaimana peran guru IPS dalam melaksanakan penilaian aspek keterampilan pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas IXB SMP Wahid Hasyim Malang (3) Bagaimana peran guru IPS dalam tindak lanjut hasil penilaian aspek keterampilan pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas IXB SMP Wahid Hasyim Malang.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, sedangkan analisis jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus yang mana peneliti membahas tentang kasus berupa peran guru dalam mengimplementasikan penilaian aspek keterampilan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, interview dan dokumentasi.
Sedangkan hasil dari penelitian tersebut berdasarkan fokus penelitian yang ada adalah (1) peran guru IPS dalam merencanakan penilaian aspek keterampilan pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas IXB SMP Wahid Hasyim Malang yaitu guru menyusun kisi-kisi penilaian berupa memetakan KI dan KD serta menentukan teknik dan instrumen penilaian (2) peran guru IPS dalam melaksanakan penilaian aspek keterampilan pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas IXB SMP Wahid Hasyim Malang yaitu guru menggunakan teknik penilaian kinerja dan produk serta instrumen penilaianya menggunakan rubrik penilaian (3) peran guru IPS dalam tindak lanjut hasil penilaian aspek keterampilan pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas IXB SMP Wahid Hasyim Malang yaitu guru menugaskan peserta didik untuk memperbaiki hasil kerjanya yang kurang baik dan kemudian guru melakukan penilaian kembali serta melaporkan hasil penilaian pada nilai rapot berdasarkan konversi nilai keterampilan 0-100.
ABSTRACT
In education, the assessment is crucial to achieve the goal of learning is done yet in fenomenanya because of its frequent changes of curriculum in teacher education have difficulty in performing the assessment. The assessment should be conducted on the knowledge, attitudes, and skills, while the phenomena that happen on assessment skills are still difficult and developed by teachers. However, one of the teacher's role is to be met i.e. perform assessment on student learning outcomes especially here in the aspect of a skill that still less applied and developed in order to achieve the purpose of assessment in learning.
Depart from these problems, then the focus of the research taken in this study are: (1) how the role of teacher assessment in planning for aspects of social science skills in social science subjects in class IXB junior Wahid Hasyim Malang (2) How the role of teacher assessment in carrying out this aspect of social science skills in social science subjects in class IXB junior Wahid Hasyim Malang (3) How the role of teacher, IPS in the follow-up of the results of assessment skills on aspects of social science subjects in class IXB junior Wahid Hasyim Malang.
Research methods used are qualitative research methods, while the analysis of this type of research is a case study where researchers discussed about a case in the form of the role of teachers in implementing aspects of assessment skills. Data collection techniques are used namely observation, interview and documentation.
While the results of such research based on the focus of the research that there is (1) the role of teacher assessment in planning for aspects of social science skills in social science subjects in class IXB junior Wahid Hasyim Malang teacher devised a grid assessment be charted and KD as well as determine the KI techniques and instruments of assessment (2) the role of teacher assessment in carrying out this aspect of social science skills in social science subjects in class IXB junior Wahid Hasyim Malang namely performance assessment techniques teachers use and products as well as penilaianya instruments use the rubric assessment (3) the role of social science teacher in the follow-up of the results of assessment skills on aspects of social science subjects in class IXB junior Wahid Hasyim Malang teacher assigning students to refine his work less well and then the teacher do the assessment and report back the results of the assessment on the value based on the value of skills conversion rapot 0-100.
