Abstract
ABSTRAK
Pendidikan kewirausahaan (Entrepreneurship) adalah suatu hal yang dibutuhkan bagi anak dan masyarakat. Karena hal itu sesuatu yang bermanfaat bagi usaha operasional program pembangunan nasional, maka sebagai prioritasnya perlu dimasukkan ke dalam muatan kurikulum sekolah. Bagi lembaga pendidikan, pembelajaran kewirausahaan bukan cuma menumbuhkan semangat, melainkan membangun konsep berfikir dan mendorong secara praktis kemampuan kewirausahaan pada lulusannya.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Untuk memahami Internalisasi Pendidikan Entrepreneurship di SMK Negeri 3 Malang, (2) untuk memahami Evaluasi Pendidikan Entrepreneurship di SMK Negeri 3 Malang, (3) untuk mengetahui kendala dalam Internalisasi Pendidikan Entrepreneurship dan bagaimana solusinya di SMK Negeri 3 Malang.
Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Langkah-langkah penelitian yang dilakukan sebagai berikut: pertama, reduksi data yaitu penggolongan dan pemusatan data–data yang sudah diperoleh di lapangan untuk mempermudah peneliti dan data yang diperoleh juga valid, kedua penyajian data yaitu mengumpulkan data secara tersusun dengan memberi kemungkinan adanya kesimpulan dan tindakan, ketiga, verifikasi yaitu penarikan kesimpulan yang memberikan analisis data final.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Internalisasi Pendidikan Entrepreneurship di SMK Negeri 3 Malang, diantaranya: Pertama, Kolaborasi Kurikulum Nasional dan Kurikulum Sekolah (Independent of Curiculum), Kedua, Prioritas Praktis dari pada Teoritis, Ketiga. Pembelajaran Berbasis Motivasi . (2) Evaluasi Pendidikan Entrepreneurship di SMK Negeri 3 Malang yaitu : Pertama, Evaluasi secara akademik untuk mengukur kemampuan siswa dalam hal penguasaan materi dan keteranpilan lainnya, Kedua. Evaluasi Institusi, dalam rangka bagaimana sekolah mampu memberikan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung proses pembelajaran siswa. (3) Adapun kendala dalam Internalisasi Pendidikan Entrepreneurship dan bagaimana solusinya di SMK Negeri 3 Malang. Pertama, Tidak Adanya Apresiasi Dari Pemerintah. Kedua, Banyaknya Pesanan yang Mengganggu Proses Pembelajaran.
ABSTRACT
Entrepreneurship education (Entrepreneurship) is something that is needed for children and society. Because it is something that will benefit the operational efforts of national development programs, then as a priority need to be incorporated into the school curriculum. For educational institutions, learning not only foster the spirit of entrepreneurship, but rather establish the concept of thinking and encourage practical entrepreneurial skills in its graduates.
The purpose of this study was to: (1) To understand the Internalization of Entrepreneurship Education at SMK Negeri 3 Malang, (2) to understand the Evaluation of Educational Entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri 3 Malang, (3) to determine the obstacles in the internalization of Entrepreneurship Education and how the solution at SMK Negeri 3 Malang.
This research was qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Research steps are performed as follows: first, the reduction of data that classification and centralization of data that have been obtained in the field to facilitate the research and the data obtained are also valid, the presentation of data that is collected data arranged by giving the possibility of their conclusions and actions , third, verify that conclusion which gives the final data analysis.
The results showed that, (1) Internalization of Entrepreneurship Education at SMK Negeri 3 Malang, including: First, the National Curriculum and the Curriculum Collaborative School (Independent of Curiculum), Second, Practical Priorities of the Theoretical, Third. Based Learning Motivation. (2) Evaluation of Entrepreneurship Education at SMK Negeri 3 Malang: First, the academic evaluation to measure the ability of students in terms of mastery of the material and other skills, the Second. Institutional Evaluation, in the context of how the school is able to provide the facilities and infrastructure that support the learning process of students. (3) The obstacles in the internalization of Entrepreneurship Education and how the solution at SMK Negeri 3 Malang. First, Absence of Appreciation from the Government. Second, the number of orders Intrusive Learning Process.
