Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini terispirasi oleh pengalaman pribadi peneliti. Bisnis MLM yang digeluti adalah Oriflame. Bisnis ini diminati oleh banyak kalangan karena biayanya yag relatif murah dan banyak keuntungan yang bisa didapatkan mulai dari keuntungan dari penjualan produknya, gaji perbulannya dan cash award. Namun banyak dari mereka yang hanya mengiginkan hadiah ataupu uang tanpa bekerja atau menjalankan bisnisnya.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) tingkat kepuasan kerja 2) tingkat locus of control internal dan tingkat locus of control eksternal 3) hubungan locus of control internal dan locus of control eksternal dengan kepuasan kerja pebisnis MLM Oriflame.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah member Oriflame di Surabaya dalam komuitas M3 Network sebanyak 50 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa:1) tingkat kepuasan kerja berada pada kategori sedang dengan prosentase 68% sebanyak 34 orang; 2) tingkat locus of control internal berada pada kategori sedang dengan prosentase 76% sebanyak 38 orang dan tingkat locus of control eksternal berada pada kategori sedang dengan prosentase 58% sebanyak 29 orang 3) terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara locus of control internal dengan kepuasan kerja member Oriflame dengan nilai uji korelasi r xy 0,386 yang artiya semakian tinggi locus of control internal maka akan semakin tinggi juga kepuasan kerjanya danterdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara locus of control eksternal denga kepuasan kerja member Oriflame dengan nilai uji korelasi r xy -0,228 yang artinya semakin tinggi locus of control eksternal maka akan semakin rendah kepuasan kerjanya serta nilai Fhitung sebesar 109,245 nilai sig. F(0,004) lebih kecil dari α (0,05) locus of control internal dan locus of control eksternal menyumbang sebesar 43% terhadap kepuasan kerja dan masih terdapat 57% pengaruh variabel lain terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pebisnis MLM Oriflame di Surabaya selain locus of control internal dan locus of control eksternal.

This research was inspired by the researcher's own personal experience.The MLM (Multi Level Marketing) business undertaken was Oriflame.This business was preferred by many people because the cost was relatively cheap and many advantages could be obtained from the profits of sales, monthly salary and the cash award. However, many of them only wanted the gift or money without working or running their business.
The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the level of job satisfaction 2) the levels of internal locus of control and external locus of control 3) the relationship between internal locus of control and external locus of control and job satisfaction of Oriflame MLM business people.
This research used a quantitative approach.The subjects of the research were members of Oriflame in Surabaya in M3 Network community as many as 50 people.The results showed that: 1) the level of job satisfaction was in the medium category with the percentage of 68% as many as 34 people;2) the level of internal locus of controlwas in the medium category with a percentage of 76% as many as 38 people and the level of external locus of control was in the medium category with a percentage of 58% as many as 29 people 3) there was a significant positive relationship between internal locus of control and job satisfaction of Oriflame members with correlation test value rxy of 0.386 which meant the higher the internal locus of controlwas, the higher the job satisfaction and there was a significant negative correlation between external locus of controland the job satisfaction of Oriflame members with correlation test value rxyof -0.228 which meantthe higher the external locus of control was, the lower the job satisfaction and Fcalculated value of 109.245 sig.F (0,004) was smaller than α (0.05) locus of control internal and external locus of control accounted for 43% of job satisfaction and there was still a 57% influence of other variables on job satisfaction of Oriflame MLM business people in Surabaya apart from the internaland external locus of controls.
