Abstract
INDONESIA:
Akhir-akhir ini isu tentang keadilan dan kesetaraan menjadi perhatian utama bagi umumnya karyawan di tempat kerja mereka. Hingga pada saat ini dalam lingkup perilaku organisasi, para praktisi managerial dan peneliti pun akhirnya mulai melirik dan berfokus pada bagaimana praktek kesetaraan (dalam hal ini distribusi, prosedur, dan interaksi) memberikan pengaruh pada kesejahteraan para pekerja atau karyawan. Maka dari itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji peran organizational justice terhadap psychological well being pada karyawan kontrak yang berada di Pengadilan Agama Banyuwangi.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada karyawan yang berstatus kontrak yang berada di Pengadilan Agama Banyuwangi dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 22 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tekhnik total sampling. Sementara pengumpulan datanya dilakukan menggunakan skala OJQ (Organizational Justice Questionnaire) dan RPWB (Ryff Psychological Well Being). Analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji peran organizational justice terhadap psychological well being adalah analisis kovarian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas karyawan kontrak di Pengadilan Agama Banyuwangi menilai tingkat organizational justice disana pada tingkat sedang dengan persentase sebanyak 72.7% dan tingkat psychological well being yang juga sedang dengan persentase sebanyak 68.2%. Analisis data menunjukkan nilai sig = 0,795 atau sig > 0,05 yang artinya organizational justice tidak memiliki peran terhadap psychological well-being pada karyawan kontrak di Pengadilan Agama Banyuwangi.

Lately the issue of justice and equality is a major concern for most employees in their workplace. Until now within the scope of organizational behavior, the managerial practitioners and researchers eventually begin to glance and focus on how equality practices (in this case distribution, procedures, and interactions) affect the welfare of workers or employees. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the role of organizational justice to the psychological well being of contract employees who are in the Religious Court of Banyuwangi.
This research is a quantitative research conducted on contracted employees who are in the Religious Court of Banyuwangi with a total of 22 subjects. Sampling is done by total sampling technique. While the data collection was done using the scale OJQ (Organizational Justice Questionnaire) and RPWB (Ryff Psychological Well Being). The data analysis used to test the role of organizational justice on psychological well being is covariance analysis.
The results showed that the majority of contract workers in the Religious Court of Banyuwangi assessed the organizational justice level there at the moderate level with the percentage of 72.7% and the psychological well being level which is also being with the percentage of 68.2%. The data analysis shows sig = 0,795 or sig> 0,05 which means organizational justice has no role to the psychological well-being of contract employee in Banyuwangi Religious Court.
