Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kehidupan sekolah di lingkungan pesantren seharusnya mampu menjadi ruang eksplorasi yang positif tidak akan berfungsi maksimal ketika individu tidak siap menghadapi perubahan tuntutan lingkungan yang menekan (perubahan cara belajar, tugas belajar yang menumpuk di sekolah maupun di pesantren, jadwal di pondok padat), sehingga sulit untuk menyesuaikan diri dalam belajar. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi penyesuaian diri diantaranya self efficacy. Self efficacy adalah keyakinan seseorang untuk melakukan sesuatu dan mengarah kepada hasil yang diharapkan, dan dukungan sosial adalah bantuan yang berasal dari orang lain yang memiliki hubungan sosial akrab dengan individu yang menerima bantuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa baru SMA NU 1 Model di pondok pesantren Tanwirul Qulub Sungelebak, Karanggeneng Lamongan, 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa baru SMA NU 1 Model di pondok pesantren Tanwirul Qulub Sungelebak, Karanggeneng Lamongan, 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy dan dukungan sosial terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa baru SMA NU 1 Model di pondok pesantren Tanwirul Qulub Sungelebak, Karanggeneng Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif analisis deskripsi dan regresi linier berganda yang diukur menggunakan tiga skala yaitu, Student Adaptation College Questionnaire (SACQ) untuk mengukur penyesuaian diri, General Self Efficacy (GSE) untuk mengukur self efficacy dan Interpersonal Support Evaluation List (ISEL) untuk mengukur dukungan sosial. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 40 siswa baru dari SMA NU 1 Model Di Pondok Pesantren Tanwirul Qulub Sungelebak, Karanggeneng Lamongan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh self efficacy dan dukungan sosial terhadap penyesuaian diri. Secara bersama-sama, self efficacy dan dukungan sosial mempengaruhi Penyesuaian diri sebesar 47,6% terhadap penyesuaian diri. Secara terpisah, self efficacy memberikan sumbangan sebanyak 41,99% dan dukungan sosial 0,55% terhadap penyesuaian diri.

School life in Islamic boarding schools should be able to become positive exploration space and will not give function optimally when somebody is not ready to face the demands changing of environmental that press to the (change of the way of learning, learning tasks that accumulate at school or boarding school, full schedule) so it is difficult to adjust in learning. There are many factors that influence the adjustment, one of it is self-efficacy, it is the someone belief to do something and lead to the expected results, and social support is the support that comes from others who have near social relationships. The purposes of the research aim at 1) knowing the effect of self-efficacy on the adjustment of adjustment of new students of Public Senior High School (SMA) NU 1 model at Islamic boarding school of Tanwirul Qulub Sungelebak, Karanggeneng Lamongan, 2) knowing the effect of social support toward the adjustment of adjustment of new students of Public Senior High School (SMA) NU 1 model at Islamic boarding school of Tanwirul Qulub Sungelebak, Karanggeneng Lamongan, 3) knowing the influence of self-efficacy and social support toward the adjustment of adjustment of new students of Public Senior High School (SMA) NU 1 model at Islamic boarding school of Tanwirul Qulub Sungelebak, Karanggeneng Lamongan. This research used a quantitative approach of descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression that were measured using three scales, namely, Student Adaptation College Questionnaire (SACQ) to measure the adjustment, General Self Efficacy (GSE) to measure self efficacy and Interpersonal Support Evaluation List (Isel) to measure social support. The respondents of this study consisted of 40 new students from SMA NU 1 Model At Islamic boarding school of Tanwirul Qulub Sungelebak, Karanggeneng Lamongan. The results of the research showed that there was an influence of self-efficacy and social support against the adjustment. together, self-efficacy and social support influenced adjustment, namely 47.6%. Separately, self efficacy contributed as much as 41.99% and 0.55% of social support against the adjustment.
