Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pembinaan keagamaan merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting dalam menanamkan nilai kebaikan dan karakter kepada diri manusia. Sesuai dengan tujuan pemerintah untuk menanamkan pendidikan karakter kepada siswa di lembaga pendidikan salah satunya dengan program boarding school. Sehingga siswa belajar tentang agama tidak hanya di sekolah saja, namun juga di asrama yang sudah di sediakan oleh sekolah, juga melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang sudah di program di asrama, dan juga dibimbing oleh guru atau ustad yang memang khusus membina siswa-siswa yang tinggal di asrama.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan, (1) Apa saja program yang dikembangkan dalam pembinaan keagamaan di sekolah berbasis Boarding School di SMAN 10 Malang dan MAN 3 Malang; (2) Upaya dalam pembinaan keagamaan di sekolah berbasis Boarding School di SMAN 10 Malang dan MAN 3 Malang; (3) Dampak pembinaan keagamaan terhadap keberhasilan siswa di sekolah berbasis Boarding School di SMAN 10 Malang dan MAN 3 Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi multikasus. Lokasi penelitian di asrama SMAN 10 Malang dan MAN 3 Malang. Informan dalam penelitian adalah Kepala asrama, pengasuh/ustad, dan sebagian siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara secara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh diorganisir, ditafsirkan dan dianalisis dalam kasus, serta analisis lintas kasus. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode.
Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Program yang dikembangkan dalam pembinaan keagamaan di sekolah berbasis Boarding School di SMAN 10 Malang dan MAN 3 Malang dengan melaksanakan sholat berjama’ah, mengaji al-Qur’an, istighosah, kajian ta’lim. (2) Upaya dalam pembinaan keagamaan di sekolah berbasis Boarding School di SMAN 10 Malang dan MAN 3 Malang dengan melakukan kontroling terhadap siswa di asrama, melakukan evaluasi. kendalanya kurangnya sumberdaya manusia yakni pengasuh atau guru yang tinggal di asrama, dan siswa kecapekan mengikuti kegiatan di asrama karena padatnya kegiatan di sekolah dan asrama. (3) Dampak pembinaan keagamaan terhadap keberhasilan siswa di sekolah berbasis Boarding School di SMAN 10 Malang dan MAN 3 Malang. Dampak pembinaan keagamaan terhadap keberhasilan siswa ini adalah menjadikan siswa lebih baik dalam hal ibadah, mu’amalah, siswa lebih sopan, disiplin, dan lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran dari pada siswa yang tidak tinggal di asrama.

Religious training is one thing that is very important in instilling value kindness and character to man. According to purpose government to infuse character education to students in an educational institution for instance by program boarding school. And so students learning about religion not only at school, but also in boarding which is already in provide by school, also conducted activities already on program in boarding; and also is guided by teacher or ustad which are indeed special fostering students living in a dormitory.
The objective of research are (1) Any program developed in religious- based Boarding School at SMAN 10 Malang and MAN 3 Malang, (2) The efforts of the religious-based schools in the construction of Boarding School at SMAN 10 Malang and MAN 3 Malang, and (3) The impact of religious-based to the success of students in the school-based boarding school at SMAN 10 Malang and MAN 3 Malang.
This research uses qualitative research approaches with study design of multicases. Location research in the dorm SMAN 10 Malang and MAN 3 Malang. The informant in the research was the head of the dormitory, caregiver / ustad, and some students. Engineering data collection is done with the interview in depth, participant observation, and documentation. The Data obtained is governed, interpreted and analyzed in the case, as well as the analysis of the case. While checking the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods.
The finding of research are that (1) Programs developed in religious school based boarding school at SMAN 10 Malang and MAN 3 Malang with praying in congregation, recite the Qur'an, istighosah, study study groups. (2) Efforts of the religious-based schools in the construction of Boarding School in SMAN 10 Malang and MAN 3 Malang by controling the students in the dorm, doing evaluations. barriers are the lack of human resources that caregivers or teachers who live in dormitories, and students take part in the dorm exhausted because the density of activity in schools and dormitories, (3) Impact of religious-based to the success of students in the school-based boarding school at SMAN 10 Malang and MAN 3 Malang. success and impact of religious guidance is to make students more baikdalam terms of worship, mu'amalah, students are more polite, disciplined, and more active in the learning of the students who do not live in the dorms.
