Strategi diferensiasi program unggulan sekolah dalam meningkatkan daya saing siswa di SMP Unggulan Al-Yasini Kraton Pasuruan

Persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan menuntut sekolah memiliki strategi yang mampu menciptakan keunggulan dan karakteristik yang berbeda dari lembaga lain. SMP Unggulan Al-Yasini Kraton Pasuruan mengembangkan Program BATIK (Bahasa dan Teknologi Informasi) sebagai strategi diferensiasi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan daya saing siswa melalui penguatan kemampuan bahasa Inggris dan teknologi informasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) penyusunan strategi diferensiasi program unggulan sekolah, (2) implementasi strategi diferensiasi program unggulan sekolah, (3) hasil strategi diferensiasi program unggulan sekolah dalam meningkatkan daya saing siswa, dan (4) implikasi strategi diferensiasi program unggulan sekolah dalam meningkatkan daya saing siswa di SMP Unggulan Al-Yasini Kraton Pasuruan.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, koordinator program unggulan, guru Bahasa Inggris, guru Teknologi Informasi, dan siswa. Analisis data dilakukan melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi, sedangkan keabsahan data diuji melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) penyusunan Program BATIK dilakukan melalui analisis kebutuhan, perumusan tujuan, dan penyediaan sumber daya pendukung. 2) Implementasi program dilaksanakan melalui pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris dan Teknologi Informasi yang terintegrasi dalam kegiatan sekolah. 3) Hasil Program Bahasa menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi dan kepercayaan diri siswa, sedangkan hasil Program TIK menunjukkan peningkatan literasi digital, kreativitas, dan penguasaan teknologi. 4) Implikasi program ditunjukkan melalui meningkatnya daya saing siswa, kesiapan lulusan dalam bidang bahasa dan teknologi informasi, meningkatnya citra serta kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sekolah, dan berkembangnya program LPBA di lingkungan pesantren.

Competition among educational institutions requires schools to develop strategies that create distinctive characteristics and competitive advantages. SMP Unggulan Al-Yasini Kraton Pasuruan has developed the BATIK Program (English and Information Technology) as a differentiation strategy to enhance students' competencies and competitiveness through strengthening English language proficiency and information technology skills.

This study aims to describe: (1) the planning of the school's flagship program differentiation strategy, (2) the implementation of the school's flagship program differentiation strategy, (3) the outcomes of the school's flagship program differentiation strategy in improving students' competitiveness, and (4) the implications of the school's flagship program differentiation strategy in enhancing students' competitiveness at SMP Unggulan Al-Yasini Kraton Pasuruan.

This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, the flagship program coordinator, English teachers, Information Technology teachers, and students. Data were analyzed through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification, while the trustworthiness of the data was ensured through source and technique triangulation.

The findings reveal that the BATIK Program was planned through needs analysis, goal formulation, and the provision of supporting resources. The implementation was carried out through integrated English and Information Technology learning activities. The English Program improved students' communication skills and self-confidence, while the Information Technology Program enhanced students' digital literacy, creativity, and technological competence. Furthermore, the program contributed to improving students' competitiveness, preparing graduates with competencies in English and information technology, strengthening the school's image and public trust, and supporting the development of the Foreign Language Development Institute (LPBA) within the Islamic boarding school.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل استراتيجية التمايز في البرامج المدرسية المتميزة في تحسين
القدرة التنافسية للطالب في المدرسة المتوسطة المتميزة الياسيني بكراتون فاسوروان. ويركز
هذا البحث على إعداد البرامج المتميزة، وتنفيذها، ونتائجها، إضافة ً إلى اآلثار المترتبة على
هذه البرامج في تعزيز القدرة التنافسية لدى الطالب.

استخدمت هذه الدراسة المنهج الكيفي بنوع البحث الوصفي. وقد جُمعت البيانات من خالل
المالحظة، والمقابالت، والتوثيق، بمشاركة مدير المدرسة، ومنسق البرامج المتميزة،
والمعلمين، والطالب بوصفهم مصادر َ رئيسة ً للمعلومات. وتم تحليل البيانات عبر تكثيف
البيانات، وعرضها،واستخالص النتائج، في حين تم التحقق من صحة البيانات باستخدام
التثليث في المصادر، والتقنيات، والزمن.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن استراتيجية التمايز في البرامج المدرسية المتميزة في المدرسة
المتوسطة المتميزة الياسيني قد صُمِّمت من خالل التخطيط لبرنامجي اللغة اإلنجليزية
وتكنولوجيا المعلومات واالتصاالت بما يتوافق مع رؤية المدرسة القائمة على نظام المعهد
اإلسالمي. وقد نُفِّذت هذه البرامج بصورة منظمة من خالل أنشطة تعليمية متدرجة، وتدريبات
مهارية، وتعزيز شخصية الطالب. كما أظهرت نتائج البرامج المتميزة تحسنًا في القدرات
األكاديمية، والمهارات اللغوية، والثقافة الرقمية، إضافة ً إلى تنمية ثقة الطالب بأنفسهم في
المنافسة. وإلىجانب ذلك، أسهمت هذه البرامج في تعزيز الصورة اإليجابية للمدرسة، وزيادة
اهتمام المجتمع بها، وتهيئة الطالب لمواجهة التحديات العالمية. وبذلك، تُعد ُّ استراتيجية التمايز
في البرامج المدرسية المتميزة خطوة ً فعالة ً في تحسين القدرة التنافسية للطالب من خالل تعزيز
الكفاءات األكاديمية وغير األكاديمية، وبناء الشخصية بصورة متكاملة
