Pengaruh Resolusi Konflik terhadap Marital Satisfaction Dimoderasi gaya komunikasi efektif: Studi Mix Marriage Indonesia-Turki

ABSTRAK

Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada meningkatnya mix marriage Indonesia–Turki yang meningkatkan kompleksitas konflik lintas budaya serta masih terbatasnya bukti empiris mengenai peran gaya komunikasi efektif dalam hubungan antara resolusi konflik dan marital satisfaction. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh resolusi konflik terhadap marital satisfaction pada pasangan mix marriage Indonesia-Turki secara direct effect dan moderating effect.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif desain korelasional. Sampel berjumlah 36 subjek yang dipilih menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen yang diadaptasi dari ENRICH resolusi konflik, marital satisfaction dan gaya komunikasi efektif. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan MRA.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif, pasangan mix marriage Indonesia-Turki dalam penelitian ini memiliki tingkat marital satisfaction yang tinggi (M = 3,918), gaya komunikasi efektif yang sangat tinggi (M = 4,302), dan kemampuan resolusi konflik yang berada pada kategori sedang (M = 3,051). (2) Resolusi konflik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap marital satisfaction (B = 0,497; p = 0,027). (3) Gaya komunikasi efektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap marital satisfaction (B = 0,607; p = 0,008). (4) Gaya komunikasi efektif terbukti memoderasi pengaruh resolusi konflik terhadap marital satisfaction (B = 0,083; p = 0,022), dengan peningkatan nilai R² dari 0,520 menjadi 0,594. Resolusi konflik dan Gaya Komunikasi secara direct berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap marital satisfaction. Gaya komunikasi efektif berperan sebagai moderator dapat memperkuat pengaruh resolusi konflik terhadap marital satisfaction. Semakin efektif komunikasi yang terjalin antar pasangan, semakin besar kontribusi resolusi konflik dalam meningkatkan marital satisfaction

ABSTRACT

The urgency of this study lies in the increasing number of Indonesia–Turkey mixed marriages, which has intensified the complexity of intercultural conflicts, while empirical evidence regarding the moderating role of effective communication style in the relationship between conflict resolution and marital satisfaction remains limited. This study aimed to examine the effect of conflict resolution on marital satisfaction among Indonesian–Turkish mixed-marriage couples through both direct and moderating effects.

This study employed a quantitative correlational design. The sample consisted of 36 participants selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using instruments adapted from the ENRICH Conflict Resolution Scale, ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale, and Effective Communication Style Scale. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).

The results indicated that: (1) Based on the descriptive analysis, Indonesian–Turkish mixed marriage couples in this study exhibited a high level of marital satisfaction (M = 3.918), a very high level of effective communication style (M = 4.302), and a moderate level of conflict resolution ability (M = 3.051). (2) conflict resolution had a positive and significant effect on marital satisfaction (B = 0.497; p = 0.027); (3) effective communication style had a positive and significant effect on marital satisfaction (B = 0.607; p = 0.008); and (4) effective communication style significantly moderated the effect of conflict resolution on marital satisfaction (B = 0.083; p = 0.022), as indicated by an increase in R² from 0.520 to 0.594. These findings demonstrate that both conflict resolution and effective communication directly contribute to marital satisfaction. Furthermore, effective communication strengthens the positive impact of conflict resolution on marital satisfaction. The more effective the communication between partners, the greater the contribution of conflict resolution to enhancing marital satisfaction.

تعقيد الصراعات الناتجة عن الاختلافات الثقافية، في ظل محدودية الأدلة التجريبية التي تناولت الدور المعدِّل لأسلوب التواصل الفعّال في العلاقة بين حلّ النزاعات والرضا الزواجي. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر حلّ النزاعات في الرضا الزواجي لدى الأزواج في الزواج المختلط بين إندونيسيا وتركيا، وذلك من خلال اختبار الأثر المباشر والأثر التعديلي لأسلوب التواصل الفعّال.
استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الكمي بتصميم ارتباطي. وتكوّنت العينة من 36 مشاركًا تم اختيارهم باستخدام أسلوب العينة القصدية. جُمعت البيانات باستخدام أدوات مُكيّفة من مقياس ENRICH لحلّ النزاعات، ومقياس ENRICH للرضا الزواجي، ومقياس أسلوب التواصل الفعّال. وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الانحدار الخطي المتعدد وتحليل الانحدار المعدّل (MRA).
أظهرت النتائج أن: (١( بناءً على التحليل الوصفي، أظهر الأزواج من الزواج المختلط بين إندونيسيا وتركيا في هذه الدراسة مستوى مرتفعًا من الرضا الزوجي (M = ٣,١٩٨)، ومستوى مرتفع جدًا من أسلوب التواصل الفعّال (M = ٤,٣٠۲)، ومستوى متوسط من القدرة على حل النزاعات (M = ٣,٠٥١). (۲) حلّ النزاعات يؤثر تأثيرًا إيجابيًا ودالًا إحصائيًا في الرضا الزواجي (B = ٠,٤٩٧؛ p = ٠,٠۲٧)، (٣) أسلوب التواصل الفعّال يؤثر تأثيرًا إيجابيًا ودالًا إحصائيًا في الرضا الزواجي (B = ٠,٦٠٧؛ p = ٠,٠٠٨)، و (٤) أسلوب التواصل الفعّال يعدّل تأثير حلّ النزاعات في الرضا الزواجي بصورة دالة إحصائيًا (B = ٠,٠٨٣؛ p = ٠,٠۲۲)، حيث ارتفعت قيمة R² من ٠,٥۲٠ إلى ٠,٥٩٤. وتُظهر هذه النتائج أن حلّ النزاعات والتواصل الفعّال يسهمان بصورة مباشرة في تعزيز الرضا الزواجي، كما أن التواصل الفعّال يعزز أثر حلّ النزاعات في تحقيق الرضا الزواجي. وكلما كان التواصل بين الزوجين أكثر فعالية، ازدادت مساهمة حلّ النزاعات في رفع مستوى الرضا الزواجي
