Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pemeriksaan kesehatan tahap satu pada calon jamaah haji bertujuan menilai kesiapan kesehatan sebelum keberangkatan serta mendukung terpenuhinya syarat istithaah kesehatan. Kepuasan calon jamaah haji terhadap pelayanan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, di antaranya aspek ketersediaan, aksesibilitas, dan kualitas pelayanan. Evaluasi terhadap ketiga aspek tersebut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan haji di Puskesmas. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui gambaran aspek ketersediaan, aksesibilitas, kualitas pelayanan, tingkat kepuasan calon jamaah haji, serta menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh aspek ketersediaan, aksesibilitas, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan calon jamaah haji pada pemeriksaan kesehatan tahap satu di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kota Sumenep Tahun 2025. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional study. Sampel berjumlah 139 calon jamaah haji yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rank dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil: Mayoritas responden menilai aspek ketersediaan, aksesibilitas, dan kualitas pelayanan dalam kategori baik. Tingkat kepuasan responden sebagian besar berada pada kategori puas. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara ketersediaan dengan kepuasan (r=0,750; p=0,000), aksesibilitas dengan kepuasan (r=0,764; p=0,000), serta kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan (r=0,773; p=0,000). Analisis regresi menunjukkan ketiga variabel secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan (F=232,705; p=0,000) dengan nilai R²=0,838, dan aksesibilitas menjadi variabel paling dominan. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan dan pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara aspek ketersediaan, aksesibilitas, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan calon jamaah haji pada pemeriksaan kesehatan tahap satu di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kota Sumenep Tahun 2025. Peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan haji diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan calon jamaah haji pada pemeriksaan kesehatan tahap satu.

Background: The first-stage health examination for prospective Hajj pilgrims aims to assess health readiness before departure and support the fulfillment of health istithaah requirements. Pilgrims’ satisfaction with health services is influenced by several factors, including service availability, accessibility, and service quality. Evaluation of these aspects is necessary to improve the quality of Hajj health services at Primary Health Centers. Objective: To determine the description of availability, accessibility, service quality, and satisfaction levels, as well as to analyze the relationship and influence of these factors on the satisfaction of prospective Hajj pilgrims during the first-stage health examination at Kota Sumenep District Primary Health Centers in 2025. Methods: This study used an observational analytic quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 139 prospective Hajj pilgrims were selected using the total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlation test and multiple linear regression analysis. Result: Most respondents rated the aspects of availability, accessibility, and service quality as good. The majority of respondents were satisfied with the services provided. Correlation analysis showed significant relationships between availability and satisfaction (r=0.750; p=0.000), accessibility and satisfaction (r=0.764; p=0.000), and service quality and satisfaction (r=0.773; p=0.000). Multiple linear regression indicated that all three variables simultaneously had a significant effect on satisfaction (F=232.705; p=0.000) with an R² value of 0.838, while accessibility was the most dominant factor. Conclusion: Availability, accessibility, and service quality had significant positive effects on the satisfaction of prospective Hajj pilgrims. Improving the quality of Hajj health services is necessary to enhance satisfaction during the first-stage health examination.
